A few minor cleaning oversights (1-2 drops of dried blood not easily noticeable towards the back of the toilet base; one washcloth looked like it had been used to wipe off hair shavings and put back as clean/unused) but these were exceptions as everything else seemed very clean. Was woken up by housekeeping knocking around 8:30 am so recommend putting "Do not disturb" sign on door until you check out. Checking in and out was easy and staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if needing accommodations in the area.
The family and staff managing the property are very friendly and helpful with addressing needs. I stayed at the property 2 nights on business travel and would stay there again if I needed to be in the area.

staff worked with me about changing room. only thing negative was the coffee maker didn't work. but coffee was fresh in lobby and good!!!
It was disappointing that the manager was unwilling to help me after explaining exactly what my concern was, he blamed it on orbitz but when I called orbitz they called him and he refused to assist me.. it was NOT orbitz, it was the property. I will never stay here again, it was my 3rd visit to this hotel 5th night stay and he didn’t care, he just wanted his money!!! Bad business!!
