the hotel was pretty basic. room was clean. location is okay, but a 20 minute walk to Georgetown center.

Location is great, hotel is pretty clean - the only down side is expensive parking, but...you are in Georgetown.

The staff were not friendly neither responsive. We stayed for two weeks at this hotel. We asked for a microwave oven and every day they would tell us tomorrow it will be available.

The Hotel was very nice and located close to shops and restaurants. When I booked with the service I asked if I could give my rewards number for credit for my 3 night stay. I was told yes to give the number when I check in, when we arrived the Hotel said that I would not receive credit because I booked through a third party.

The description of the hotel did not say that they charged for parking (it lists parking as an amenity). But I was charged $35. I would not have stayed there if I knew that. The place is old and shows it's wear some, but it was fine. The location is good. The room was comfortable, and I slept well.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, I find it very comfortable, and convenient. Nice restaurant. very enjoyable.

Awesome trip would love to stay there again! location was accessible to various restaurants. Pleasurable trip

Staff was great! Room needed updating and overall cleanliness was lacking. Awesome location though.

Very friendly staff. They gave us an early check in. The room was nice, spacious. The bed was quite comfy. We walked to the Verizon Center. Stopped at bars and to sightsee along the way. We would stay here again!

My friend and I chose this hotel because of the location and price. It was not far from the shopping stores or the Arlington mall. Staff was really nice too!

nice area, good staff. very clean and nice size rooms , what else can you ask for it.. love it , going back in the spring...:-)

Great location, quiet but near many good restaurants and whole foods. Staff friendly! Room is clean and spacious. Good Stay!

Great location! Lean room, good for short-term stauy, either for business purpose or vacation. The food serivce is good but options are limited. On the upside, there are many good restaurants around there!

The location was perfect. I loved that. by safeway, and other cafes/food. short walk to georgetown shopping. I was definitely scared of the bed bug reports ... so I think that really impacted me having a comfortable stay. if you are paying $100 or less per night. So worth it. if not, look elsewhere. I've traveled almost 100% for work (approx 5 years), and I've been a lot of hotels. This is average. The cleanliness - kinda thumbs down. There were two pieces of hair in my shower. and the shower curtains were kinda dirty. The bed itself was clean. But I ws also worried about seeing a bed bug. It was a good value for $80/night - Fri and Sat night. Otherwise, I would've paid extra to stay at a nice hotel. Holiday Inn's are not about luxury but value. So for the location, friendly staff, and cost - it should be okay to stay at for a night or two.

The staff members in this hotel and rude and care very little for the comfort of the guests. They hung the phone up on me multiple times and refused to address even minor problems or questions.

Avoid this hotel if you can. The staff is extremely rude and the rooms need a major face-lift. The entire floor smelled like smoke. The only redeeming factor was the shuttle service and the extremely friendly driver.

Average Hotel in the DC areas where is close to the nature for the outdoor activities.

very clean and good breakfast only stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing very good location too.

free shuttle (after 9 am) to and from campus, but in walking distance anyway (15-20 min). cheerful, helpful staff. nice hot breakfast buffet, again, lovely staff in the dining room as well. free wifi and comfortable rooms. one complaint is the bathroom did not smell fresh, and the wallpaper was peeling in the corner.

From the doorman to Marina at the desk I was made to feel at home. Recommendations for meals turned out wonderful and my taxi was waiting when it was time to leave. The hotel was located close to the areas I wanted to visit and the museums and monuments were only a short ride away. I will be back soon
