Needs a remodel. It's tired. Dark and dated inside and out.

They have bed bugs, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! I was just there Monday for 1 night and woke up with bites all over.

They charge you $100 as a deposit! They don't just hold your credit card information in case of damages or whatever, they literally charge you $100 right then and there and then give it back which can take up to 30 days. Probably won't be staying again because of that policy. The staff was nice! My door wouldn't open at first so i had to get another key. The bed frame had MANY tears which wasn't a good look. Overall, it was comfortable but i will not be returning because of that new policy.

Good people on staff, especially Rodney at front desk who gave us a good reccomendation to Silver Diner. Very poor bathroom construction quality, old masking tape on the wall paper and very dirty bathroom, corners and floor diiiiirty!

Hotel was great! 5 stars I definitely will stay here again when visiting DC or Maryland.

This hotel is conveniently situated within 20 minutes of the National Archives. The staff are excellent. Breakfast is not included, and some of the doors are scratched, but it is clean and not overpriced. Internet is medium to slow, but it is complimentary. Good experience.

Ok hotel, room was clean, location not too great but with a car is easy to move around. I would prefer closer to the downtown as it was advertised.

My stay was for 4 nights. The first night on the 3rd floor was terrible. Room wasn't clean and the A/C worked only intermittently. Fridge sounded like a small engine. The nice Manager, Chris, switched us to a room on the 4th. Much better. Seemed like a different hotel.

I stayed here during a visit to Washington DC. It offered decent rate around DC vicinity. Unfortunately they didn't have any bell desk service but only carts so you can push it yourself. They didn't have a gift shop in case you needed any over the counter medicine, and I did. To top it off, room service knocked on my door at 8am on the last day to see if I was checked out. I did appreciate the restaurant with a bar, and the swimming pool which surprisingly closes early even in summer.

I was slightly put off by the sight of construction equipment, yellow tape, and vehicle barriers blocking off the entry to the hotel. Once in the lobby, however, the facility was clean and tidy. My room wasn't that large, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. I did use the pool, which wasn't that large, but it was properly staffed with towels readily available. Although I didn't go in, the restaurant looked fine from the outside.

My stay at the Greenbelt was good except for the beds. The beds sleep rough and I tossed all night. The hotel is close to the highway entrances. The hotel is a 4 out of 5. The hotel was quite busy with wedding and family reunions.

Great stay. Clean room. Great value for the price I paid. 10 min drive into DC.

Accommodation Okay for the value. Not what I am used to with Holiday Inn Brand

i enjoyed my stay although i don't know why my room wasn't done during my absence ! i did however forgive all after dining in the restaurant with my family. the wait staff and the food was excellent. i had my 1st Maryland crab cake and enjoyed it immensely ! i'm planning on staying there again shortly !

Very satisfied 5* I would visit again with or without my family I would also recommend family and friends to stay but it would be nice if a complementary breakfast was included from 6-10 this would be a plus .

Lovely stay and having a courtesy shuttle made it extremely convenient.

The hotel was just 10 minutes outside of downtown Washington, D.C. The only thing I didn't like was the slow internet and it not working when we wanted to print our boarding pass.

This hotel needs upgrades. The room felt old. There is a bar downstairs and it was too rowdy for our liking. People were intoxicated and being loud in the lobby. The atmosphere wasn't what you expect from a hotel.

Close to all my needs. Staff was very friendly. They were able to answer all questions well. I would recommend the stay and would stay again

BIG disappointment. Rooms are old and stuffy. Airco was stale and noisy. Fridge had to be unplugged because that was noisy too! Toilet was slow/clogged - had to call for service!!! Lack of FREE continental breakfast was DEFINITELY a deal breaker. (Must have missed that when I booked) Coffee in lobby was poor quality. Hotel is centrally located but hidden - signage should be more prominent leading u into that industrial complex.
