The staff have been mostly helpful. Breakfast is overpriced. Beds are horrible. Wifi is slow. Great location to the Metro and in walking distance to several restaurants and even the movies. We have spent all our time in DC and the Metro has been very easy to navigate. The Red line has had issues all week but has only been a major problem once. We will have spent $65-$75 per person on Metro for the whole week.

The hotel was under construction, but the staff made the stay exceptionally nice. They were very helpful.

Location was near some good restaurants. Staff was very good and efficient.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is located 5 min walking distance from the metro.

Very clean. Near all the restaurants and shops. Good value.

I wanted to take the bed home with me. The adjustable setting allowed for a perfect night's sleep.

This hotel had a great welcoming staff! I got a voucher for a free drink at the hotel bar as well as a bag of water, chips, and chocolates. The room itself was clean and comfortable. My favorite part of the stay was the location - such a short walk to bethesda row with tons of shopping and eating!

Stayed here for two days while attending a conference at the NIH. Very convenient to reach by Metro. Staff was incredibly friendly.

My daughter loved the small indoor pool (complete with lifeguard!). The rooms all seemed new. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast room was pretty loud on a Sunday morning, not ideal for conversation, and the tables are packed too tightly.

Clean and well maintained hotel with trained and cooperative staff. Excellent location-one block away from Bethesda metro. Would recommend and would stay again.

Room was extremely clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the value was phenomenal for the location.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel as a place to crash after we went to dinner and spent and evening at a local Dave & Busters. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was $15 in the parking garage. Room was clean, but we found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable. Supposedly, the bed was like a sleep number, where the softness or firmness levels can be adjusted. We found that the controls to the bed were not working and it felt like we were sleeping on a slab of wood. There was no breakfast provided by the hotel free of charge. There was a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast (a buffet) $14.95/person.

Very clean, good staff and location was walking distance to metro. Indoor Parking is located right off the lobby.

Really nice hotel! Close to the metro, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly. I had a great experience, and would return to this hotel again.

This was a quick overnight stay to celebrate a birthday with friends in the area. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed a speedy check in and check out process. No surprises or hidden fees.

Room was large and very clean, checkin/checkout was fast and painless. I was only there one night so didn't get to try many amenities.

Easy check in and highly attentive front desk personnel. Room large and quiet. Only problem encountered was inability to get a full receipt from hotel. If reservation is through Outide service save your confirming email if you need a receipt.

Pros: The hotel is at a great location, it is very well kept and clean, the room and the bed was quite comfortable, the personnel corteous and helpful. Cons: Homeless people on the street, expensive valet parking, breakfast (not included in room) is of limited choice, boring, and expensive compared to other higher end hotels I visited elsewhere.

very convinient location for public transportation.

wonderful staff and clean room. very convinient location and close to everything.
