The room was quiet and updated. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking. There is really nothing I could complain about! Great place to stay!

I just came home from a trip to Washington DC in which our family stayed at the Marriott Falls Creek location, booking two rooms for seven nights. The booking experience was easy and we found the hotel to be in a great location, with a very inviting atmosphere. Our problem came when we were given our rooms with one king size bed in each. When making our reservation, we asked for two double beds, with one room having a rollaway bed (which was provided in one room). The front desk employee told us that we had simply "requested" two double beds, not reserved them. I tried explaining that it was our only option when booking. Regardless, we were told that the hotel was full. We were told that one of the rooms could be switched to two double beds for a couple of days in the middle of our stay, but that would mean packing and repacking on multiple occasions when we had planned to stay in one room for the seven day period. The rooms were located on completely different floors, one room being in the midst of a floor filled with a convention for teenagers, so it was quite loud. The other problem we encountered occurred when we were trying to arrive at the hotel on our first evening. When we arrived at the metro station and called the hotel, we were told that they no longer ran the shuttle that late. This was after we told the employee on the phone what time we would be arriving. It was an inconvenience to a long day of traveling.

Rooms clean and comfortable/Shuttle to metro once per hour/Staff eager to help/Beds comfortable/Recycling bin in every room If I could change one thing about this hotel it would be the packaging of room service food. Most of it comes in plastic containers in a totally unnecessary carrying bag, and instead of silverware, all meals come with plasticware. All of this plastic and superfluous packaging undercuts the hotel's other efforts to conserve energy and encourage recycling.

Friendliest staff, great view, nice atmosphere, clean surroundings

There is not enough space for large vehicles. Room was smaller than I through it would be. Overall, accommodations where suitable for me and my families needs. Staff was very pleasant and no loud noises from other guest late at night.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was clean and extremely comfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel quit a few times already. They never let me down! I would recommend it.

Great price for the quick one night stay. The hotel was clean, the pool was clean and my room was also clean. Great job HK. Breakfast was included in the price and the buffet was good and constantly replenished. And free parking.

We went on vacation for a week, from Virginia to Pennsylvania. We stayed at 3 other hotels including Aloft, all has free Internet. Marriott does not offer free Internet, $12+ for regular and $15+ for faster internet for 24 hours use. Stayed two nights so it cost me $30+ just for internet where at home I only pay $50 for a whole month. Then at checkout, I got charged for 2 phone calls at $3+ per call so total $6+. I told them I did not us the phone nor did my wife and kids, we all have cell phones, why would we use the hotel phone? I asked to see the call list of the number we called, they said it's not available and there's nothing they can do, it's automatically charged in the system. Wow, there are 16 floors in this hotel, if they charged every rooms $3+ a night, that's probably enough to pay for all the maids sallary.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The amenities of the hotel were not so much. Their was no refrigerator in the room, however you could get one upon request. Why should I have to request a refrigerator that pretty much comes standard in most hotels. There room configuration seem to come with a king bed or two king or two double beds, which the kings were much more expensive than the double, good luck fitting two adults in a double. According to sign in for wi-fi it cost $12.99 per day so I and my family didn't not use because that is ridiculous considering that everybody offers it for free. The rules for the pool were extremely difficult to understand, the teenage lifeguard seemed to be able to enforce the rules kicking other teenagers out of the pool however couldn't get off his phone long enough to turn the heat up on the pool. Heard several other patrons there complain about the same issue.

My family stayed at Marriott Fairview Park over the Thanksgiving holiday to celebrate with family in the area. The hotel was beautiful inside, convenient, clean, had lots of emmenites, and very comfortable. It was perfect for our trip.

People very nice. I'm really thankful for the security guy who kept my 24 Amazon boxes (I ordered 24 small things, but they sent separated in unnecessary big boxes!)

We checked in rather late but lady at the front desk was very nice. It was awkward the next morning when the cleaning lady came in at 10am when check out is at noon and my boyfriend and I were still in bed. No biggie though.

Very nice and clean. Did not have our double beds but gave us a roll away bed. Very nice staff

3night stay. Never clean my room. Complained front desk twice. Sent me only towel. They said nothing to say It took 1hour for Check in because of their system. Not professional duty.
