We had clean comfortable rooms. The staff was polite

Everything here was great, friendly staff. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good, lot of choices for us. Also good little gym to exercise. Definitely will go back.

very nice but the beds were a little hard. old people feel the beds more than the kids. A competitor's beds are so comfortable we bought 2 for our house.

Hard to imagine. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The facilities are not clean - the whirlpool has black and green stuff growing along the top edges. There is wallpaper missing everywhere. My toilet ran all night. I went down to do some laundry one evening and left my granddaughter in the room. The laundry room door closed all the way and there was no real handle on the other side - just the shaft. It was a small room, with no working phone, and the thick door. I pounded and yelled for help for several minutes until I was finally able to to twist what was left of the handle hard enough. It was frightening. I won't be back. I can't imagine that Marriott wants their name associated with this hotel. I've seen nicer Motel 6's.

We had a nice time. The staff was great. Breakfast they need to have more food out. They had a lot of people eating and kept needing to constantly refill everything. The pool was nice and the spa relaxing.

The hotel was exactly as per my expectations. The staff was good, the bed was very comfortable and large (queen sized beds and not those awful double beds like those in Ramada and other awful hotels). The quality of toiletries, coffee, breakfast, towels, furniture was great. TV had HBO and other sports channels so I did not miss out on the Wimbledon 2015. Pool was clean. Gym was small but well maintained. Hotel staff was extremely responsive and cooperative. All in all, this is a great hotel for a great price.

I'm an extremely low maintenance guy. I just need a bed and shower in a relatively safe area, anything more than that merits 5 stars in my book. Either way, I feel like the Fairfield would be a great stay for anyone. The staff was friendly and quick, room was clean and didn't smell, wifi was a little slow but it's free. This hotel had the lowest price in the entire Chantilly area, and it's likely I received better service than at the others. If you are intending to shuttle from Dulles Airport to the hotel, you have to call and request the shuttle (a small van).

The room was very clean and more than met our expectations. The beds were super comfy and it was quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was hot and fresh (even the coffee). We would definitely stay here again!

clean hotel, friendly staff. Good location, will stay again

I travel frequently - unfortunately the Hampton Inn was booked and this was closest hotel with availability. Starting from check-in it was an overall horrible experience: 1) check in process was extremely slow, for 10pm at night and I was only person in lobby. 2) closet doors fell off of the track 3) only decaf coffee in the room - and coffee pot did not work, with any outlet in room. 4) hotel cleaning service never touched coffee pot, as my water and coffee were still in it the next day 5) towels had hard stains on them 6) had to call front desk twice to get the noise level down in the hallway at 12:30 am 7) breakfast was the same every day, limited options, and extremely overcrowded with poor layout. Even my 4 year old told the manager we will never stay here again.

This place is close to airport and convenient location to the Washington DC approximately 40 min. Quite and comfortable.

Let me say this hotel was very nice overall. Be warned they hold $20 a day on your credit card but never really said why. The rooms are nice but try and stay on the top floor. The first night we were there you could hear the people above us banging and making all sorts of noise. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The area they serve breakfast in was very small. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was great just wished they had longer hours on Sunday. Overall I'd stay there again.

One night stay here for quick access to Dulles. I arrived late at night and left early in the morning, no much time spent onsite.

Hotel was close and easy to get to Dulles airport. Room was overall clean, did notice some maintenance issues...faucet in shower was loose, frame around bathroom mirror was distressed. Offers free breakfast, but we had early flight so we were unable to see what was offered.

Nicely managed hotel. Rooms were clean and with plenty of towels. Interior was beautiful. Staff was very helpful. My kids started using the swimming pool before it opened, still the staff didn't mind. Breakfast is limited but was plenty to my need. Will come back or promote to others.

If you don't mind standing in ankle deep water during your shower, being in the flight path of Dullas International airport, and being woken up by hooligans at 3:30 in the morning, then this is the hotel for you. We made complaints each and every morning for three days straight regarding the poorly draining tub. Each morning we watched the receptionist write down the complaint and we were assured that it would be fixed, only to stand ankle deep the following morning. Noisy, Noisy, Noisy.

Needed a cot but not allowed so had to ask for a blanket and pillows- just didn't feel they were very helpful. Driver to airport not friendly and shuttle was pretty torn up. No one spoke when passing the front desk.

No problems at all and very convenient to IAD. I would ask for a top floor room as the floors are not very soundproof and it seemed as if I had parading elephants in the room above me all night during my stay. Some of the photos of the hotel on the hotel website are not actually of this hotel, however.

Nice looking room great staff everything was very clean continental breakfast was excellent, but this hotel is near the airport heard airplanes all night long and the beds were so uncomfortable I guess you get what you pay for

With great value for the money, the room was super clean and comfortable. Location is close to the airport with free shuttle service and found alot of restaurants and services nearby. The hotel has a gym, indoor pool and jacuzzi.
