Extended Stay America Washington, D.C. - Chantilly- Airport

It was thankfully a very temporary and not an extended stay. Because of issues recently at a hotel in NYC regarding their bedsheets, I purchased a blacklight to carry with me on travel. I used it in this spot and was a lil traumatized by the "invisible" stains and damage throughout the unit. Ironically, the bed sheets were fine but one of the pillows had stains. I slept at an angle to avoid contact with the headboard. The staff was willing to help as needed.

There were pants (someone's jeans) under the sofa. Trash in the bathroom behind the door. Trash under the bed. The DVD player was broken. The remote control had dead batteries. The AC unit is incredibly loud when it kicks on and woke my wife and son up all night. The kitchen has no cutlery. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Staff was usually away from the desk and we had to wait for them. Staff was polite though. It seemed understaffed. The continental breakfast is just coffee and muffins. The gym smelled like urine. Empty beer cans in the hallway. Exposed ceiling where ceiling panels were missing. Sofa bed mattress had large, dark stain on it. Neighbors played rap music at night that bled through wall. (I decided to list every issue as individual sentences and man was that a lot of sentences it turns out! Long story short don't stay here.)

Not the most flashy hotel, but for the price and an overnight stay it was great. No issues at all with cleanliness, on site parking and in a quiet area.

We loved the location of the hotel. The room we were in was labeled a non smoking room but smelled of old cigars. There were no utensils or dishware to use even though we were in an efficiency.

They didn't even have my information at the front desk

Excellent location right off in the interstate. Close to good dining spots also.

There was mold in the bathroom sink and shower. They never once changed out the towels.

I'll be honest, I have pretty low standards for a cheap hotel. I booked a place to sleep while on the road. We were there just 8 or 9 hours to sleep and shower. When I checked in around midnight, the door was locked and there was a phone outside to call in. The person who answered barely spoke English. I was able to get in when someone was coming out through the front door. Checking in took forever. The gentleman at the front desk directed me to the elevator and instructed me to press 1 to get to my room, which was clearly marked as to the right of the front desk on the same floor. The bed was very hard. Still, I was completely satisfied given the price paid. The dealbreaker for me was the shower. There was no barrier between the shower and the floor and the shower head faced the curved shower rod. I had a miserable shower, desperately trying to keep the water in, only to find that there was 2 inches of water on the floor when I got out, regardless. I would have complained had there been anyone available. Also, the continental breakfast was coffee, oranges, instant oatmeal packets and nature valley bars, just fyi.

Nice hotel with kitchen very nice spacious great for $77 hotel bargain !!

We stood 2 nights. The location was great! We were half an hour away from Washington DC. The bed was a little hard for our comfort and the room was very humid. The air conditioner was set at 60 degrees and it was not cooling down. The room and restroom were very clean! There was a highway construction crew staying at the hotel as well, so it was a little hard finding parking. We really liked that you can do laundry on the premises and the TV station played a great movie.

Quick Check-in, clean quiet room. Located right off Hwy 28 for easy I66 access

The address says 4506 Brookfield Corp drive which first off is wrong on your site and theirs. We had to call the hotel for directions as Google maps had us at 4506 and we still needed to drive 5 more blocks. The pull out sofa bed was stuck and needed two people to pull it out. The hot water in the shower didn't warm up completely until after the third person in the room took a shower. The continental breakfast wasn't great there should have been more of a selection for those people that are planning on spending one night stays.
