We had to ask for a "Package" to get dishes, pots and pans for kitchen.

Not extended stay.stove was is poor condition. Stove was not at all working. no power plugs available. One was there behind TV not reachable at all. v

The room was expensive. Shower didn't work right. The AC would not keep the room cool. Bathroom was not clean.

I was thrown into a room that stunk of cigarette smoke, which I really hate; and when I complained, they dismissively told me that that is what I have signed for when I booked the room. I said, I didn't do such thing. They said breakfast is included. And then, they throw at you some dry muffins. They couldn't even pour some cheap egg out of a plastic jug into a pan. How hard would that be? I guess it was my fault that they falsely advertised that they were selling me a clean room. Falling short of what they have advertised to sell me is one thing, but blaming me for their own shortcomings was a disgrace.

this has been a great for me to go to. everyone so go there.

Good place to go. Never have problems with the staff or room.

Nice place, everyone treats you well. Will always come to this hotel.

This was a disappointing visit you have to request everything you need pot coffee maker ,iron you know the basics i went down for breakfast it wasn't even breakfast a couple of Granola bars 3 inch muffins stuff you pick up from sams club . It was such a dissapointing visit i checked out a day early . I also could not sleep i guess they rent to people as apartments and there was loud music through out the night when i was there and around 4 people were at the front desk complaining about various issues with this place .It is up to the owners to step back and take a look at there business and say how can i make it better .

When I arrived Sam greeted me and was very helpful and nice. The room size was perfect. The bathroom was fine but the water pressure was low. It served its purpose for a place to sleep close to where I wanted to be. After about an hour of being in my room Sam called my room and asked if the room was okay. Sam won my loyalty award. I'll definitely stay here in the future because of her hospitality.

Only good thing we're the employees. So generous and helpful.

There were bugs and I mean a lot of them dead and alive and I was told it was common since it is so hot outside. I was told I would receive a call with regards to my complaint yet I have not. When I followed up a few days later I was promised a return call before the close of business yet I have not heard form anyone representing this company.

The room was good and clean and the price is reasonable.

room was neat and clean, staff was good and helpful, very close to mall

Good stay, convenient location, close to everything.

I was unable to actually stay, it's not acceptable for me to stay in a smoking room.

Do not use a Garmin GPS, as the hotel cannot be found (not the hotel's fault). However, the hotel can be faulted for a room without a smoke/fire detector, lacking the placards required for consumer protection/laws, and inattention to detail such as no toilet paper. Vending machines are completely empty with a car needed for any convenience store. Exceptionally noisy with some patrons shutting doors repeatedly. Various other options for travelers in the Fairfax area.

Was pretty good but kinda pricey!!!!!!! Traffic by this location is crazy but everything is closed by the hotel

Good hotel for business travel. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. I always stay here when I travel to DC.

Was too late to cancel by the time I read reviews. Most disappointing was the ANTS in the kitchen. They were along the wall and eventually in the cats food. If that wasn't bad enough a spider ran down my pajama top while I was in bed. Couldn't sleep all night! The only positive was Sarah who checked me in after a long day.

Hotel was great. My first room's heating unit didn't work, I informed the front desk and they promptly switched my room to the one Right next door. and overall pleasurable experience dealing with Sabir at the front desk.
