I really liked the hotel at first. The lady that checked me in was very nice. We agreed on Saturday as the cleaning day since that would be mid visit for me. I checked in on a Tuesday and on Thursday I was finding constant issues with the toilet. I called the front desk and told the clerk that the toilet was constantly running. I was having to jiggle the handle after every flush to make it stop. I was told to call back in the morning and let them know. I called back on Friday morning and was told they would have a maintenance person look at it. I got back very late Friday night and found that maintenance never came. I called the operator and told them the toilet was still having issues. He started screaming at me on the phone to the point that I literally could not understand what he was saying. Saturday morning I took the top off the toilet and fixed it myself. The excess chain to the handle wasn't secured so it was getting stuck in the flush plug. I left for the day and return around midnight. My room had not been cleaned. I called the clerk and was told I was scheduled for Sunday. Sunday came and went and my room still was not cleaned. By this time the trash cans were over flowing and I was almost out of toilet paper and I was out of clean towels. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed my room would get cleaned on Monday. It was not. On Tuesday morning I called the clerk and basically had to beg for someone to please come and clean my room.

Horrible! After a busy day, my room was not made- and upon calling the front desk, was told I'd have to stay for at least 5-7 days before my room would be cleaned, bed made, fresh towels, etc. So my 3 days and 2 nights did not warrant *ANY* cleaning. Wow! There was a $10/day cleaning service if I wanted that as an additional option. ORBITZ did not state this in the listing. Trash and butts everywhere- the kind of trash that has been there for 30 days or longer. No pride whatsoever. I also asked for a hair dryer and here is what they gave me. Why not use two screws and mount it to the wall? Next to Dulles Airport with paper-thin walls. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please find another place to stay.

I've been around the world, therefore stayed in different hotels. This is the first time I had to clean the bathroom in order to use it. Should have taken a picture. Air conditioner didn't work,it blew hot air, when outside temperature were close to 80's. Fortunally bed was clean!! Cleaning service came once, on a 10 day stay!!

We just got off the road of a very long road trip. just wanted to take a shower and relax. There was wads of hair all over the tub with dirty grout and the toilet look liked it never was cleaned, Black mold and fecal matter all around the inside of the bowl, absolutely disgusting.

I liked this hotel and would recommend and certainly I will stay in the same place whenever I am back to Reston.

Over all nice hotel, great staff and location. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

Stayed twice within a week. I picked this hotel because I thought (or at least they used to) have "full kitchens". I needed a kitchen on one part of my stay. They did not even have a coffee maker. I was able to cope with that. The worst part of this was there are two hotels (exact same brand) on the EXACT same property. We were at the wrong one the first night. They did not even call the other one to make sure we were there. We had to get back in and go over there. When we got there we had to wait for someone to help us. All in all it took us about 30 minutes to check in and there were no other customers. Since I had another reservation a week later, I called to see which building we were in. They told me. But it was the wrong one. So again, it took us forever.

The only negative I would say is trying to find the hotel because apparently it's not the same when you reserve. There are two hotels on the property with two different names. I was told at the first desk that I need to go to the other one next door and it has two different names. They should make a note of this because it's frustration to find after 20 minutes and I actually went to the hotel next door that is not the same name which I found out is the same hotel that I reserved online. But once there it was quite, clean, safe and friendly.

Just needed a place to stay for one night. Wasn't the greatest stay but good enough for a quick trip. Price and quality made sense.

I had problems from the very start. I got dropped off at the sister hotel next door, which turned out to be a stroke of luck because without the help of the desk clerk from that hotel, I'd have never gotten checked in. The clerk at the place I was booked in couldn't find my reservation, even though I read him the confirmation number 5 times. Eventually the first clerk stepped in and got me checked in. Then once I checked in I couldn't make dinner because there was no frying pan. When I told the clerk, he brought me a pot. So, I went back downstairs to get what I needed. He kept me waiting nearly 15 minutes, then finally brought me a disgusting, completely filthy pan and claimed it was all he had. When I insisted on something that wasn't a health hazard, he took it back and made a halfhearted attempt at cleaning it. I then asked for the managers name and number. The clerk tried to lie to me, telling me he didn't have a way of contacting his boss. I went back to the sister hotel next door and got the info. The last straw was when I pulled back the covers and found a blanket that looked like it had some sort of rodent feces embedded in it and a bottom sheet with blood on it. I managed to improvise something to sleep on, then contacted the hotel manager and this website to demand a refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The amenities are very good, friendly staff, but lacked good house keeping mainly in bathroom and kitchen area.

An old facility that was in an industrial area and very hard to find. In fact, my GPS took me into a place where guys in uniform with rifles surrounded my car. Be careful! Compared to prices elsewhere, this hotel was the best deal for me. The room seemed clean and the 'grab and go' breakfast was ok but not great. My biggest complaint was that the Wi-Fi did not work . The attendant came to my room and tried to get me signed on but couldn't so he gave me a number for a helpline. After a long 10 minutes with a techie, and many maneuvers, he got me signed on and it worked fine after that.

Lobby/Front Desk not always staffed, was welcomed by a sign that states staff is out on the property, please call #### for assistance with check-in, once I called the phone rings behind the front desk so it was pointless to have a sign. Silly me to expect them to possibly have a mobile phone that would a person would answer. Location was great to me, secluded/quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Wi-Fi access in the room, even though I didn't use it much ! Room was great to just get-away

This is a basic place to stay for a busines traveler. The management saId it is updating the bath fixtures and mini-kitchens, all of which worked fine. Sanitation was fine too.

i get to the hotel and there was no one behind the counter. the "lobby" looked awful. i had to summon the counter help by using a phone, and even after he knew i was there waiting, he did not show up for 10 minutes. there was NO HEAT in the lobby and it was one of the coldest nights that january night. he gives me my room assignment and tells me, "it's over there." the room was 180, and you'd think it would be on the ground floor. NOPE! and, the room numbers are not easily seen driving around in the car...so i had to get out of the car and SEARCH for my room when it was UPSTAIRS!!! did i mention it was one of the coldest nights that month??? talk about frustrating. never ever again will i stay at this place. the counter help was completely asinine, uncaring, and inept.

A quiet location but close to things you need. I enjoyed the stay and will return in the future.

The clerk was excellent but the rooms... not so much. This day and age I guess you get what you pay for. When I was asked to review the hotel it was called 2-stars. I'm pretty sure it had more stars when it was being booked. All in all it wasn't a bad hotel room. But it did leave a little to be desired. It listed as having a complete mini kitchen. There was only silverware. No dishes, no cups or glasses. It did however have a coffee pot. Just nothing to put it in once it was made. The front desk clerk was awesome though.

Nice and affordable. They only change bed sheet and linens once every 7 days once u checked in. Other than that, it's nice, small and affordable room.

If it were possible to rate negative stars, this place would get negative infinity from me. When we arrived the room was not clean at all. The sheets were dirty, once we got a new set the new ones had clumps of hair on them.

Not sure when the last time they changed their mattress, but it was falling inward. The sofa fold out bed was very bad. My two years old slept on it and got red indentation marks all over his body. He was too tired to care though. My little boy also found dirty socks, old candy and giant lint balls under furniture, little boys like to crawl under things and show mommy what treasure he has found. And boy, did he find "treasures"! We woke up by the sound of our next door neighbor's alarm clock the next morning, and the whole night the fridge and toilet kept us twitchy. Even though our neighbors were considerate and were using indoor voices, the walls were so thin, we can hear everything. The only saving grace was the free wi-fi. Oh, did I mention the TV makes a REALLY sharp high pitch noise? I'm just glad there was a roof over our head, no bugs and it was warm and dry. Better than camping outside in the rain.
