Problem 1: First room was unlocked and door open when we arrived. Problem 2: First room was not made up when we arrived. Problem 3: Toilet was dis-assembled when we arrived. We asked for a new room. Problem 4: Second room AC was not functioning. Problem 5: Third room shower curtain bar was loose. Problem 6: Toilet paper holder was broken in third room. Problem 7: Just after 3:00 p.m., a stranger entered the room without knocking, using a key card. The room had already been made up. Management was not able to explain who the person was. Problem 8: There isn't enough parking. Staff suggested that we park at the bank next door, but said we had to be out of the bank lot by 7:30 a.m. the next day.

Long wait to check in. Only one person in line and three staff members. Two just standing. Had to change rooms. Lock broken on first. 1st room had hairpin in bathroom floor. 2nd room smelled like feet. Bedding seemed clean and was comfortable. Staff friendly, but slow. Omelette cold. No bacon at breakfast.

I stayed two nights. I had a good first impression, and my stay was pleasant. Very kind staff and the hotel was neat and with nice facilities. It is very conveniently located. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

This is great place to stay. My family and I stayed in this place at least dozen times, every time we are there it is a great. Staff is very good Tony and Paula are very friendly and always make sure your needs are met. Thanks guys

We had no hot water in our fourth floor room. We complained three times to the front desk to no avail. The third time we were told that hotel maintenance would come to check, No one appeared. On check out we again complained about no hot water in the shower. The check out (Sameer) clerk said we would get a discount on our next stay. So we called two weeks later to get the discounted rate. We are still waiting for the call back. The answer must be: stay somewhere else.

Pros Hotel employees were respectful,helpful energetic. Room attendans were great. Breakfast was really good. The price was great for the area. Cons Pool hours were not good. Only 5 -10 m-f. Weekend 10-10. They did not have an ice machine on the 4th floor. The had a washer but not a working dryer. The shower leaked so much water on to the floor.

I was in Chantilly, VA for training. The hotel was about a mile and a half from the training site. I've stayed at this hotel on a previous trip, so I knew to expect above average accommodations. The room was comfortable and the availability of a refrigerator and a microwave was a definite bonus! The free wireless service was easily accessible as well.

We will not be staying there again. We came from a long car trip and were very tired. The room was terrible: the carpet was extremly filthy, the fixtures were in bad shape. The staff very unfriendly. We did not feel well there at all. The breakfast was okay. We had the feeling, since we were given a good price that we were paid back with a bad room.

Very nice place. Comp breakfast, great bed, wifi, etc. It's not a "5 star", yet it is more than adequate for a great stay.

My first impression of Comfort Suites Chantilly was awed! Roomy interior, king sized bed, clean and classy decor, and complimentary breakfast made the stay comfortable. The room also included a couch, coffee table and free wifi! A separate counter with sink, microware, coffee machine, and refrigerator was a plus. However, my fridge didn't work. The last day, I found a large insect on the bed...nasty! =( Overall, it was good for it's price.

I would stay @ this location if I am visiting the area.

When I entered the room, the first thing I did was to plug in the network cable, and there was no connection. I called the front desk and then got the maintenance staff returned my call in few minutes saying that the network is on and off because of the weather (It was drizzling that day. I was thinking, okay, so the Internet access only works on a sunny day). And then I told him that it's not the case for me because it never went on. His response was either cases, call the 1-800 number to talk to their local Interenet Service Provider. So, I'm a paying customer, yet they asked me to call their ISP to solve the Internet access problem for them!

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable and well presented. It is in a major shopping area with many stores and places to eat. I was there on business and arrived late--no problem check in was easy and quick. Front desk was very helpful and friendly and even explained to me where I could go to get something to eat as it was 12:30 am. I did not use the dining or amenities but from what I could see I would be happy. I am picky and critical but this hotel lived up to it's name-Comfort Suites! there are many major highways and Route 28 North takes you straight to the airport.The hotel is located off of route 50 and within 10 minutes to Dulles airport.

The stay at Comfort Suites was very comfortable. I room was very large with a sink and counter area and there was large space to hang all my clothes. The best part was the complementary breakfast with so many options to choose from. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Clean and Good. Worth for the money
