this unit is quite old and run down. It is in need of cleaning and updating. I probably would not stay here again.

Everything was average such as cleaning, room space, and breakfast service. Some staff are very kind, some of them non commuinicative.

Great hotel, stayed there twice. Stuffs are friendly and the breakfast was really great. Free shuttle to airport was a great help. I'll stay there again.

Had to get 3 times, new room keys!!! Construction near by a big problem

Well, I should have known you get what you pay for... When we moved into the room. The desk lamp didn't work, there were no wash cloths and we were short towels. The furniture looked beat up and we had to park away from the building as parking close tot he building is not abundant. Yes, it did have one of the best rates in the area. Generally, the room looked beat up and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom is Spartan. The mattresses are mushy. I couldn't figure out how to flush the toilet.....(Yes, I know how to flush a normal toilet). At one point the handle came off when we tried to flush the toilet hard enough. I wanted to call the front desk to ask about the toilet and desk lamp not working.....oh, yeah, the phone didn't work either. I sat on the toilet contemplating what to do next. There are dust bunnies and hair in the corner (not our hair). The next day my wife asked the maid if we could have some wash rags. She got a rather abrupt reply and a couple of wash cloths were produced. (That was the only day out of our 5 day stay we got them however. One slow elevator for 3 floors of guests.

The front desk staff was polite and friendly. We received a room upgrade, which was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was a nice variety. We only had two complaints. One was that the refrigerator in the room froze anything we put in it even though we turned the dial to a low setting. And the second complaint was that the cleaning staff did not even speak basic English. The first day we tried to ask the maid to clean the room later but she spoke no English. The second day we tried talking to a different maid who seemed to understand that we wanted the room cleaned later, but when we came back, the room had not been cleaned. Staff should at least understand later or afternoon.

They had some late night construction going on but apparently she ignored it and I guess we were supposed to also. The room was very comfortable. The mini-refrigerator wasn't plugged in. It probably couldn't be due to the lack of outlets. The hot water was kinda sketch also. It worked but then it would stop. And eventually it would come back. It was an okay stay. Might not go back if other options are available.

I booked it because they offer airport pickup and drop off.

It was a good hotel with better price close to the airport. Comfortable and good breakfast

Room was nice. Was told there was no fridge, but there was one in the room. Not super close to any stores.

The staff was courteous and explained how to get to my room and use the key-card, alerted me to their complimentary breakfast, and contacted a taxi for my transport to the office. The room was clean, the beds made, had a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of fresh towels. It was a good deal for the price.

The hotel is very nice... clean... and convenient. Unfortunately, the van service from IAD was terrible. It was late night and all I wanted was to get to the hotel and go to bed... They advertise the van runs every 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and there was a family of 5 who had waited over an hour. Calls to the hotel were no help in getting the van there. No manager on duty to complain to. Called the general manager the nextt day. He promised to investigate and get back to me. Nothing heard so far.

worst hotel I have been in for quite some time checked out after first day due to bugs on wall and no hot water for shower

We stayed here just to take a break from series of long round-the-world flights. Beds super comfortable. We were too tired to realize our room was next to the breakfast room. Noisy!

The heating system was off when we entered the room, it took at least 20min until it good warm, I founded a bug on the window, when I entered there was no one in the front desk, and in the morning, all their meat was only pork
