Rooms were nice but the temperature was very hot even though it was 40F outside and I had the heat turned off in the room. Upstairs resident was in a roller office chair starting at 4:30 am and was rolling around and I could not sleep. Get rid of roller chairs.
The location was convenient for business and pleasure. The personnel were pleasant and helpful especially Rosa and Fiona. The kitchenette was helpful for our stay along with the gym. Thanks for a temporary home!

I like the convience of the hotel to my working location. I did not like the following: A) Booked a room with a queen bed. However, my (#317) had a double bed instead. B) At check-in I was told that there would be no maid service because I was only staying two nights. I have never stayed at a hotel before where maid service was not an amenity.

The toilet in the room ( handicap room) over flowed. I went to the lobby toilet had overflowed it was obvious when you opened the door. No housekeeping,maintenance until the end of the week. No other room of any kind to move me too. The front desk clerk completely clueless of what to do. I had to call costumer service to get another room which happened to be across the hall. The property manger contacted me gave us free access to their convince store offered to let us stay the next night free( Sunday). I can't imagine staying there a whole week or more two days was enough.
It was a good place with a nice living room and kitchen with a bedroom that closed off from the rest of the room - a true apartment feel. The place was quite clean and well maintained. Staff was sufficient; I had little interaction with them (perhaps 3 times in two werks). I thought the room was advertised with breakfast included, but it was only available for purchase. There was a super Walmart with a grocery section not a half mile away.
It's really not worthy to stay in this hotel..The staff is rude...
The hotel staff was pleasant, check-out in took 10 mins and the room was exceptionally clean.Thanks for the welcome and all the amenities you offer for guest. I had to work the next day after my stay and the job commute took only 13 mins.I'll definitely book again and also refer family / friends. Thanks

Wow it was great my room was nor ready so I let the host know and they with no question ask upgrade my room
I needed a place to crash for a couple of nights while I was in town for a wedding. Candlewood Suites was perfect. I basically just needed a place to sleep, but I was surprised to see a nice workout room, laundry facilities, and a great video library. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out painless. I would definitely stay here again.
LOVED THE PRICE, BUT HATED THE WAKE UP BARKS EVERY SINGLE MORNING WITH DOGS RUNNING AND BARKING IN THE HALLS. I NEVER KNEW THAT I HAD TO ASK ABOUT ANIMALS BUT NOW THAT WILL BE MY FIRST QUESTION FROM NOW ON.
We were very impressed with the hotel suites. Very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Liked the idea of the free laundry and fitness area for those on extended stays. Had a nice incidentals area where you could pick up snacks. Will definitely consider next time we need to be in the area.
Very friendly staff. We were staying at this hotel strictly for business. With two of us sharing the room - it was perfect. By converting the sofa bed we each had our own personal space. i would recommend this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure traveling.
Nice hotel for the money. There was no pool but it was April so that was ok. All rooms had a kitchen which was nice. The staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable. It was also a short drive to the Metro which was nice because we spent our weekend in DC.
