My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a family visit. Everything about the hotel is very nice although they do charge a lot for extras such as internet, parking, breakfast etc.

My stay was a quick 2 day stay. The restaurant menu was a nice variety and the staff were very pleasant and attentive to my order and request.

My daughter said, this was the fanciest hotel I ever stayed in. My children all enjoyed having room service dessert which was a great chocolate cake with ice cream. Think Home Alone in NY without the huge bill!

Good hotel and location if doing business in Bethesda. Will stay there again.

The separate living area was essential for our stay. We were able to put our 2 year old son down for bed and watch tv in the living area without disturbing him. We also found that the room was surprisingly toddler proof. He couldn't open the door or reach the top counters. The only downside was parking was expensive and so was the food.

I enjoyed my stay here. The lobby area has free wi-fi and a very nice restaurant. Staff were very helpful upon check-in and checkout. Lots of available parking with a covered walkway from the parking lot to the hotel. Rooms are very large which was great. I had a room on the 2nd floor which was slightly inconvenient only because it was so close to the conference rooms and a kitchen area so early in the morning, there was lots of commotion outside the door. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I'd be glad to go back.

We stayed here twice in a month for our trip to DC. It's quiet and 20-min drive to DC. We had a 2-year old and she enjoyed the pool very much. The dining place is great too.

The room was very quiet. Staff were well trained. Bar staffs are very friendly The location was convenient for our business meetings. The access to Metro is not as good, because you either take a hotel shuttle(one/hour) or use limo.

We were originally placed in a suite near the floor's ice machine, which is fairly loud. We called the front desk to see if there was anything that could be done. Within five minutes there was a knock at the door. A representative of the hotel handed me entry cards for another room, which was perfect. The entire staff was friendly and prompt with their service. We were very happy with the visit.

The amenities are great and the staff is very helpful!

Beautiful hotel, great room. But, had to pay for parking (garage was much less than 1/2 full) and for internet. (this is 2014, not 1998). Why nickle and dime? Either make it part of the hotel's original cost or say it up front in your materials so that you fairly warn the consumer. Will not go there again because of this.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice restaurant and bar, food very good. We will be happy to use this hotel for our next visit to Bethesda.

The local of this hotel made it ideal for travelers from out of town to find. It was also very clean and comfortable - a great experience overall, especially for the price.

For a weekend visit to Potomac Md relatives, this location is great. The suite was spacious and well maintained and the staff are more than accommodating. The indoor pool was an added plus, with life guard and adjacent gym.

This is a comfortable hotel. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. I stay here often for work.

Great room, nice people. But needed quick access to METRO for business in DC and Rockville. The morning of my first day of business, was told hotel shuttle will take you to the Grosvenor METRO station "at 15 minutes after the hour." In other words, once an hour. Went outside to find a taxi, and was told by hotel staff that "we're happy to order a taxi. Should be here in under 30 minutes." This was during rush hour. Staff seemed to think waiting 30 minutes to an hour to go anywhere is normal. Could not offer any alternatives. Next time I need to get around DC, will stay at a hotel that 1) is within short walk to a METRO station, or 2) has a well supplied taxi stand at the front door. Renting a car is not worth the trouble or expense.

The hotel location is perfect for my relaxation/trip but the A/C was very noisy thereby made me uncomfortable and less relaxing. The environment and room/suite are clean.I will recommend this hotel to my friends if they don't mind the A/C noise

$15 a day parking. $13-$15 a day internet connection in room. Restaurant opens late. Coffee in room but if you want a real cup it's $2.25. Breakfast (when they open) $12 or so. Friendly staff. Extremely clean & spacious rooms but I have gotten more perks at Motel 6!

the hotel... very clean and neat. the staff... very professional and welcoming! The room (we got the suite)... very nice as well. I would say that overall, it's in between a business and family accommodation. The only flaw... they will charge you for a parking fee of $15 bucks a day in the middle of nowhere. I mean in a busy area, I will understand. In bethesda --- UNACCEPTABLE.

We have stayed at this hotel on several different occasions and are always very satisfied!
