Best Western Pentagon Hotel - Reagan Airport

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful and the best part of the experience of staying there. The hotel is undergoing construction that I am sure will make it much nicer when done. This is not really an airport hotel. A bit too far for that in my opinion. Very economical and safe though if those are your priorities.

Low budget but clean motel. No safety concerns. Close to Reagan airport.

Great staff and location, great breakfast. Just an older 1970’s style motel of yester-year! But clean

Everyone (minus shuttle drivers) are friendly and go out if their way to make our stay comfortable

The hotel is little bit old but was more than good enough for a family with 3 kids to stay over at famil type rooms.

Our room décor was dated. The room amenities were fine; the microwave worked and we had to turn down the refrigerator (you must pull it out of the enclosure and find the dial on the top near the back) because it froze our food. They even had a K-cup machine in the room and the coffee wasn’t bad. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was fine. The air conditioner cooled the air but it remained humid in the room. (It was extremely humid the week we were in DC). The hotel is close to the Metro station and their shuttle to it came about every 30 minutes. They can call an extra driver/bus if the bus is full. The breakfast was okay. There were many choices, including make-your-own waffles. It wasn’t that busy at 9 (the breakfast closes at 10) and the gals that worked there were very nice. I never did find the milk. I don't think we had neighbors on all sides of us so it was relatively quiet, but we could hear people talking in the room next door. We used Lyft about half of the time, it was fast and if you have two or more and don't mind sharing a ride sometimes it is cheaper than the Metrol.

The lady at the front desk gave an unfortunate vibe and my wife was not surprised when we didn't get the wake up call we had requested. The walk to restaurants was more laborious than anticipated. We took a cab back. High marks for the airport shuttle, however.

Everyone was friendly. Room clean with awesome service. There is no refrig. which was fine because we just needed a place to sleep and bathe. The Continental Breakfast was over the top. I expected just donuts and coffee but they had a buffet every morning with different selection every morning. Staff friendly and helpful

The first room I checked into the A/C was not working at all, so got moved to a second room. Although that A/C seemed to be working, the coolest it got in the three days I was there was 76. Way too warm to sleep, so basically went three nights with no sleep while trying to work 9-10 hour days. Thought about asking for a fan and a bowl of ice!

No microwave or fridge as advertised. The Ac cooled poorly. The breakfast was adequate and hot. The service was top notch very friendly and courteous front desk. The room needed help!

Good, convenient location. Reasonably quiet. Great staff.

This Best Western is undergoing some major renovations and it is an older property. It is brutally over priced at $157.00 per night! No refrigerator, no microwave, no ice machine on every floor and no elevators...

Far from everywhere and overall low quality -average for this kind of hotel- but way expensive for what's been offered.

Cheap room, but you get what you pay for in order to be close to DC. Internet and cell service spotty and free breakfast isn't worth the price other than the coffee is not too bad.

OK - nice location, easy to get to restaurants and shops. They have a Shuttle but it is too small for the number of people who need it because they share with the Comfort Inn. UGH. ended up taking a taxi from Pentagon city to the hotel because the weather was so cold we didn't want to wait for the shuttle only to be shut out of using it because there were too many people waiting for it. Breakfast was very good and the staff were polite, quick and efficient. The room...was, well Ok. The shower only gave you hot or cold water and that was frustrating. The door seal wasn't very good so it did let in the cold air slightly. The walls are on the thin side so we CLEARLY heard our neighbors and they weren't loud...just normal conversation. Finally, the entry to the bathroom threshold was about 2 inches proud of the floor creating a very painful trip hazard that we ran into a lot! Positive..very very polite staff and housekeeping was very efficient. Also loved the micro, fridge and in room safe. Would I stay here again? probably at the orbitz rate but not at the hotel rate....we stayed an extra day and it was quite pricey.

Breakfast was great. Room had to be changed because of plumbing problems in first room but was taken care of promptly and without attitude. Cleanliness lacked a little in the bathroom area. Staff efficient but not super friendly. Had a fairly comfortable but not luxurious couple nights stay. I'd stay again.

Enjoyed the full breakfast provided, clean rooms, showers had a lot of water pressure. Very quiet surprised being close to the freeway.

The Hotel feels more like a Motel. Outrageously priced for basic amenities.

farther away from airport than we were hoping- airport shuttle does not start until 6a. everything else was as expected.
