Okay, let's be real. It's a motel, not a hotel. That means you check in, then walk outside to enter your room. But within this format, it's clean, well maintained, and quiet. Good shower, with the obligatory non descript coffee in the room. What makes it worth writing a review is that the staff, probably an extended family, was discernibly more friendly and service oriented than the format usually provides. So, this is a shout out to the management. Good on you. Whatever you are doing to inspire this courteous and friendly attitude, keep doing it, and maybe think about buying American or United Airlines. Both could use a healthy dose of your customer service ethic.

Hotel has been freshly panted, the lobby is inviting though small. Staff showed a willingness to assist in any way possible to make the stay pleasant. The room was a disappointment as we payed a premium for a king bed that was hard and lumpy. It was called a suite because it had a microwave and a refrigerator hidden in a hallway caibinet. It was difficult to find a place to unfold two suitcases. This was not as large as many regular size rooms.

I booked a room online a month before, and paid all up front. I stayed for one night. However, when I check my credit card bill next, I found they additionally charged me $20 for no reason. I did not use anything in the room, only had a shower and slept.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful friendly staffs cannot ask for more.. room clean and breakfast is decent with good coffee. Great location and less than 10 minutes to airport. Highly recommended.

Came in late and sheets had gross stains on them as well as some... crumbs. I asked for room service which had gone home. So I opted for a clean sheet- the only one they had had wholes everywhere in it. Shower had body hair in it. Rough night.

Very friendly staff and check in and out was a breeze

Needed a hotel close to IAD and this one was the least expensive, had a shuttle to IAD, and a nice free breakfast even for early departures.

If you have a long layover at Dulles, this hotel is a great inexpensive option to stay a night or two. My room was pretty clean, but the interior is kind of dated. Not a big deal if you only need to sleep. Free shuttle to the airport, about 10 minutes away. Breakfast was decent for an american hotel. There's also a nice bar nearby inside the Holiday Inn hotel.

The hotel is reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The room was satisfactory. It had An airport shuttle which was very important to us. First time I've ever been in a room with hardwood flooring and no rug. The floor contained some "fudge like"spots that should have been cleaned off. Two very helpful and friendly employees were Erich at check in and an Egyptian man who drove the shuttle.

The service was great and included free shuttle service to and from the airport. The parking fees were very reasonable.

Always use this hotel when transiting through Dulles International Airport. Very convenient, clean, efficient, pleasant stay.

I've recently stayed in this hotel while coming back from my country. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport, the driver was very nice. The check in was straight forward and front desk stuffs were really nice. Me and my wife liked the room as it was clean and everything was there like a refrigerator and a microwave. The complementary breakfast was really great as well. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I'll stay there again.

Total comfort, no headache stay, recommand to transit passengers

1. The staffs at reception are so nice. After I checked in, they showed us the direction of where our room was located in a map. After I walked into my room, the staffs gave me a phone and made sure everything was alright. 2. The price of the hotel was so cheap compared with surrounding hotel. 3. The hotel provides free breakfast and free coffee for 24 hours, which was so nice. 4. The hotel provides free shuttle to airport. In all, for this price. The hotel is really worthwhile and high recommended from my point of views.

Every person entering the lobby received a warm welcome from a professionally dressed clerk. Room comfortable and had microwave and refrigerator. Coffee available 24/7 in lobby. Breakfast was excellent with friendly staff. I would stay there again.

The staff was super friendly, Clean room, comfortable bed, and the breakfast was good.

charge addition with no reason
