I had a reservation scheduled 5 days earlier for a king bed and was told sorry none available. This is at 415 pm when check in is either 3 or 4 pm.. when asked what he was going to do about it….He said there’s nothing I can do….sorry…
The room was very modern and comfortable. Definitely staying here again.
Staff was ver friendly and helpful of our every need.
My only question was there was a sign on the front desk that said all pet visitors receive a welcome gift bag. None of the staff mentioned anything about it nor offered. We did not bring it up but it would have been nice if they offered if indeed there is a welcome bag for pets. We did check in our dog during check in.
Nice little spot for sure. Would have been nice to know in advance, however, that they are undergoing a massive lobby renovation. Main floor is a disaster zone, can’t even enter from the front door, and no breakfast or other amenities as a result. An unfortunate and unwelcome surprise.
The property is close to the airport, very close to a gas station, and was clean with very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
