This is our fourth stay. The hotel is excellent and the staff is outstanding. Our travel agent (not the hotel) made a major mistake and the staff worked it out at no extra expense to us. When we go to Kenilworth this year we will being staying with them again.
Briefly: I would stay at this hotel again. The rooms were modern, clean and compact in the standard variety, in a location that is handy for the various restaurants in Kenilworth. There is a Starbucks at the bottom for your morning coffee and snack fix which is probably just as well as the standard hotel cooked breakfast was 13 GBP. The only negative seemed to be parking can get a bit cramped when there is a weekend event going on - which since they promote discount weddings is apparently quite often. The Saturday night we came home from a wedding elsewhere we were greeted by a topless man sprinting off hotly pursed by a copper and inside the place was blood spattered. Not really the hotel's fault but just be sure you watch yourself when there is a party going on. The only dings would be the A/C that often got loud - opening the window wasn't really an option for us as our 1st floor window faced the bus route outside so it was noisy (but fine with the window closed). The knobs in the tub seemed to have had bits broken off so were not that easy to turn. Still the show worked and had good pressure (which can be an issue in UK hotels!) and the bathroom was clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable, not too hard and sheets were decent quality plus there was a big variety of pillow options available. We never used the TV but it was a reasonable sized flat screen for the room. You have a quite a variety of dining options from a gastro pub right across the street to Italian, malaysian, "steak" and many more. Eat your heart out!
