I visit Hilton plus other hotels across the UK for business meetings and lunches, however this place was so poor I was totally embarrassed and would never go there again Ordered 2 ham sandwiches at £7 plus each, paper thin cheap pressed ham which was so poor we could not taste at all one slice on each sandwich £7.00 ! A few crisps and a tomato no thank you, you need to do better guys, this was appalling and not the standard of other Hilton’s.- £36.00 plus parking a disgrace

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hilton Warwick for 2 nights to attend a friend's wedding nearby. We were impressed with the excellent service, 24h bar and the selection/quality of the breakfast. Our room was lovely and clean and very close to Warwick too. Definitely recommend to others!

We stayed here the night before a flight from Birmingham...we really wish we didn’t! The noise levels in the rooms are ridiculous and we literally had no sleep through people coming and going (many v drunk) throughout the night. The hotel is drab. Asked for a wake up call- didn’t get one. Luckily we were up as had no sleep. Were told 24 hour reception- when we went downstairs nobody was there. Food- average at best As a diamond member didn’t expect this. Total waste of 50k points!

Warm easy check in, lovely Club Room booked, from that moment we realised a good evening was ahead meeting with our 16 friends. We all decided we wanted to eat at 8.30 the restaurant done us proud with a lovely menu. The food was fabulous, with no complaints from from anybody. Service was excellent and professional as always. See you again next year with even more friends

Firstly, the good points. The room was clean, there’s plenty of parking, (which was free at the weekend), and the location is pretty good, although a bit of a trek to any alternative place to eat. Because of the location I decided to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening, firstly I had the chicken kiev, which was ok but a little dry/overcooked. The problem arose when I ordered dessert of panna cotta with pink grapefruit and raspberries. I should explain that the description is a little over ambitious, as there was only 4 x 1 cm cubes of grapefruit and 3 raspberries! Having eaten some of the panna cotta I then went to spoon up one of the raspberries, only to find that, at the bottom, it was mouldy and rotten! Now, had there been a significant amount of fruit, I could just about accept that a ‘rogue’ raspberry could slip past the chef. But the way the dessert was arranged on the ridiculously oversized plate, there was no way that this should have been missed. Naturally I complained and the dessert taken away. I declined a replacement and requested the bill, at which point I was told the cost of the dessert had been removed! Wow, such generosity, did they honestly think there was any way I was going to pay for it? So, putting that behind me, I went to bed and then returned to the restaurant for breakfast, the buffet seemed nice and there was plenty of choice. However, just as I was about to eat a sausage I noticed something amiss, Which turned out to be a blonde hair of about 8”-10” in length wrapped around the sausage! I’ve s the way the buffet is set out, I cannot imagine that a guests hair could fall out into the sausage container and the get wrapped around a sausage, this had to of happened in the kitchen. Naturally I complained, again, only to be told that there was nobody in the kitchen with long blonde hair. Given my previous nights experience, I was less than convinced about the standards of hygiene and care being taken in respect of food service. In some respects I wonder if I should have contacted the local food hygiene office for them to examine the restaurant, I haven’t, but can only hope that someone from the hotel sees this review and takes appropriate remedial action.

The public areas are nice and the facilities for the event we were at were all good. Breakfast is good and lots of choice. The corridors, rooms, signage etc is all incredibly dated - it needs renovating Our room (171) was meant to be deluxe and at £155 without breakfast it was b expensive for a dark and dated room with poor soundproofing to next doors TV (6am on a Sunday!) Anyway the staff we’re all lovely and helpful and it’s v conveniently located. There’s a holiday inn express directly opposite.

Stayed this week the hotel is ok, however the rooms need an update. The bar area is large and spacey, but watch for a rising bar bill as food and drink is expensive. Final ding £12 for breakfast and £5 to park overnight !

Fast becoming one of my favourite hotels ....customer service second to none , room comfortable with every thing promised (robes slippers etc) ordered extra pillows all in the room waiting , as diamond members we were made to feel special......food was excelent! my only critisism was the 45 min wait for our main cource to arrive , but was offered a complementary drink , that we accepted as could not see the reason for delay as resturaunt was not busy , and we ordered medium rare steak ...so did put a damper on evening , otherwise perfect stay !!!

I was out on business in the Solihull area near Birmingham and was looking for a great hotel, close to the Motorway (M40) in late May April 2018. This Hilton is located very close the M40 and is less than a few miles off of the motorway. As we drove to the hotel, there was ticket barrier access but plenty of car parking spaces around the side of the hotel but not so much near to the entrance. I stopped by the Reception to check-in and to update on the hotel facilities. The reception area is small but capable of dealing with a reasonable number of customers. Behind me was the bar area and beyond that, the restaurant. After checking in, I passed by the Reception and the Gym to access the lifts. My room was on the Second floor & was a good size with two large double sized beds and en-suite bath / shower and toilet facilities. It was a generous size for our one night stay and very comfortable. Our room overlooked the hotel grounds, which were great for a short walk and very quiet with no local traffic noise, that could be heard behind the closed windows or even out on our walk. Air conditioning and heating was available in my room, which was very important as it was hot outside during our stay. Free Wi-Fi is available and this was more than capable of streaming video (80 Mbps Download, 86 Mbps Upload and 9 ms Ping) & is one of the fastest Internet speeds that I have encountered in the UK. The complimentary breakfast included as part of my Diamond Hilton Honors provides a wide selection of juices, cereals, bread for toast and hot breakfast items, such as scrabbled egg, hash browns, bacon and sausage were available. In summary, this hotel is a great option for any visit to the local area around Warwick and Stratford & is very close to the M40 for any business or leisure trips. It has generous room sizes, great breakfast and Internet facilities.

Stayed in a club room (141). Very comfy bed, large room with sofa. Very clean and well presented. Good size bathroom with large fluffy towels, robes and slippers. Staff were very helpful and professional. Good size car park with small charge. Excellent breakfast.
