This review is for the afternoon tea at 360 Restaurant only. We received a buyagift voucher as a joint birthday present for a day out to Warwick Castle with afternoon tea at this hotel. We really enjoy afternoon tea and have experienced it at multiple locations (stately homes, mainly) so we may have higher expectations and were looking forward to this. First impressions weren't the greatest as it looks really outdated from the outside. Payment is also expected when parking. You take your voucher to the bar area and are asked whether you would like tea or coffee. We both chose tea. We were led to our table which was clean and were apologised to for the noise (carpet was being re-fitted and whatever they were using was quite loud but bar/kitchen staff can't be blamed for that). Tea arrived in metal pots which also looks outdated, used and a little grimy. The pots held enough water for two big cups of tea each, but only one teabag was provided so it was quite weak. Packets of sugar were provided. Usually used to sugar cubes but no problem. Afternoon tea is usually pre-booked so food comes out fairly quick. While this was pre-booked, it took ages for our food to arrive and when it did, some of the sandwiches contained ham. I had contacted a buyagift representative a week prior to arriving, explaining our dietary requirements (pescatarian) and she had contacted the restaurant notifying them of this. We had to remind them again in person, and the sandwiches were taken away to be changed. Details like this should be acknowledged without having to be told twice. The cakes/sweet things were brought on a stand that screams modernity but is only good for providing laughs about just how bad it is. It was placed in the middle of the table, as usual, but created what can only be described as a barrier and restricted view between my partner and I. They're great if you're eating with someone you want to avoid, though. We were given two small slices of cake each; Victoria sponge and carrot cake. Good, but doubt they were made in house. Some sort of mixed berry parfait (meh), two scones (which were definitely reheated in the oven as the outsides were darker than usual and crunchy) with clotted cream and preserve, and... a small pot of strawberries cut in half. I have no idea why. Never have we been given fruit, so I can only imagine it was placed in one of the "compartments" for the sole purpose of not leaving it empty. Sandwiches were finally brought over and I've never seen sadder looking sandwiches in my life. The first selection of sandwiches included salmon, but for some reason this was omitted when we mentioned we were pescatarian. Pescatarians can eat fish! If the waiting staff didn't know this, the individual making them in the kitchen should have. Instead, one option was cucumber and butter, another was mixed peppers and butter (?!) and the third was feta with rocket. Bland and boring options. It's common to be checked on to ask if everything was okay but we never were. It's also common to be asked (when having afternoon tea) if more tea or coffee is needed. This was never asked. We were just left to our own devices and left when we were done, with one of the staff cleaning tables thanking us for coming. This place looks like it's mostly used for conferences and business meetings and they definitely don't know how to do afternoon tea. The buyagift reviews for this place also mention the lack (or absence) of service once food has arrived. Please save your money and go elsewhere! I'd recommend Stoneleigh Abbey.

We looked online before coming here for hotels near Warwick Castle and this was two miles away and it seemed to be well liked and have good reviews so we booked our weekend away. First impressions where good, the room was clean with teas, coffeees and there was jars of complimentry nuts and sweets and overall we really liked our stay. It's a bit more than we unusually pay but everything has been lovely. The bar and restaurant are large and the service and food are very good. I've never seen so much choice for breakfast. Absolutely everything you could want and all unlimited. The clincher for my wife was making your own waffles with any topping you could imagine. They do a texting concierge service which I thought was a brilliant way to find out what you want to know. Only two very minor issues for us was that there was no main light in the room as they've gone for lots of lamps which do create a nice ambience but we'd have liked a main bright light too. Linked to this was the small window size, the room was large but only with one small window. We like our natural light. . . There was cards in the room encouraging you to tell them right way if anything was wrong and that they would fix it, but it was only a minor issue for us and didn't impact on our stay. We would definitely come here again

Location was convenient - we wanted a base to visit Warwick and Stratford and this was very close to the city center. The room was dated but clean and spacious. I appreciated the business center with free PC access and a printer for guests. The breakfast served was good. I would recommend a stay here - good value for the price!

The rooms are quite dated and we initially had a problem with our allocated room. This was soon sorted by being moved to a neighbouring room. We were given vouchers for free coffee and deserts which was not necessary but was a nice touch. The breakfasts were fantastic, probably the best we have had anywhere. Most importantly the staff were without exception really great. Special mention must go to Andreea in the restaurant who spoke to us at length. She is a great ambassador for the Hilton brand. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Please pass on our good wishes.

Great weekend away in Warwick. I always try to stay at Hilton while in Warwick if possible. Spoke to lady on phone to book as app wasn’t working but she was excellent. Then spoke to Dan and Ebony via text to ask for a few extra items. Received upgrade on arrival and got the little extras asked for. All in all great hotel and staff.

Checked in late into hotel and wanted to go to bar since it was open late and had great talk with bartender Balent. He gave great recommendations and definitely improved our vacation experience giving great detail with things to do in the area. He alone makes me want to come back here and stay again so thank you and I hope I said your name right! I definitely won’t forget our conversation :)

This is the first time I’ve visited this particular Hilton. I chose the hotel because of its location between Birmingham (where I was working earlier in the day, and Stratford-Upon-Avon (where I was working the day after). There were good reviews online, and having stayed at Hilton’s many times before I thought I’d give it a go. I initially missed the hotel (not sure how as there’s a sign right next to the road!), but I turned round and came back. The hotel is set back from the main road and has a large car park. When I checked in, I was recognised as a Honors Member, and given a voucher for a free drink (due to my Honors status), and my room was upgraded. The lady who check me in was very polite and friendly. My room (271), was a fair walk through the hotel, but this was great as it was very quiet. Upon arrival in the room, there were two bottles of water, a jar of nuts and a jar of jelly beans. The room was very clean, although a little on the dated side. The bathroom was also clean, but again showing signs of being dated. I logged onto the Wi-Fi, which was quick, and managed to get done what I needed too before heading down for lunch. Close by there aren’t many eating options, so I ate in the hotels own restaurant. The team were really polite, and nothing was too much trouble. I was advised that there could be a delay of up to 25 minutes for food... there wasn’t, and when my meal came in about 10 minutes I was pleasantly surprised! The food was lovely and well presented. I slept VERY well, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean (so ticked all the boxes). Breakfast selection was fabulous, although I didn’t have time to sample all the range on offer. At 7:45 the restaurant was quite busy, if you have a little more time for breakfast aim to go down later (day from 8:15 onwards), the restaurant was much quieter. The only negative, was upon returning to my room after breakfast was housekeeping letting themselves in at 8.20. Which, in my opinion is very early. I accept they have a lot of rooms to turn round - but it did feel almost as if I was being ushered out of the room. I hadn’t heard any knocks... so was unaware until the door opened! That said, next time I’m down here I’d definitely stay again... and I’d use the “door hanger”...

I write this review just to said massive thanks to all the staff at Hilton Warwick in especial Restaurant staff Mihaela and Andrea are amazing allways happy and helpful I have to mention Andrea from reception who help me print some documents .Thankssss in my family name.

Booked 3 rooms for family for a weekend - able to use a retailer offer which saved me about 50% for 5 nights in total. Hotel will not win prizes for the outward appearance but there was plenty of close parking and it was free. Location close to motorway was a bonus. The staff were very helpful (Daisy in particular) and check in was straightforward. The deluxe rooms were spacious and clean. Pleased to see free water - this has been contentious with Hilton elsewhere. The ere were also complementary nuts and jelly beans - a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right. The gym was well equipped with very modern machines. Hilton breakfasts have been a sore point in the past - £18 is a hefty whack unless you really eat a huge amount. Although I do not I found the choice and quality very good.Nice lime drink to lift you at the start. Bacon and suasage excellet and a chef available if you needed an omelette or something off piste. There was also a waffle maker which had differential heating for each side but by all acounts they tasted good. My only real gripe is the cost of drinks in the bar £9.80 for a vodka and cranberry (not a double) is greedy - this is not London. The bill for six drinks was £47. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay but I will bring my own drinks next time! I would recommend it for location and comfort.

We were pleased with our deluxe room for the two night stay and our meals were tasty and well prepared if a little pricey. The staff are welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed our stay marred only by the non delivery of the morning paper two days running!
