I drink Starbucks coffee all around the country, in-fact I have done all around the world. It is my first choice coffee stop. So how do you think I felt when I pulled into a 24hr Starbucks at the Warwick Services on the south bound M40 for a coffee at 23.30, on my return trip home after driving a few hours and still having an hour to go before getting home. To find the coffee bar open but empty, void of staff, the till abandoned, the coffee machine all alone with no Baristas, the cakes still packed in the glass cabinets yet not a soul in sight? I waited 10mins before a sweaty man in a Starbucks apron approached the till, and looked quite surprised to see me standing there? I said, “I’ve been standing here for 10mins?” He said “well I have to have my break!” I couldn’t help thinking there should be more than one staff on duty at any one given time? Surely for safety reasons alone if nothing else. He then made my coffee and put the wrong syrup in it? Not that I realised that until I was a mile closer to home. Whilst writing, I might as well mention I used the new Starbucks drive thru in the same services a few days later and the toilets in there were the dirtiest toilets I’ve ever had the displeasure to use. No need for it? Come on Starbucks sort it!

Overall this hotel was very nice i have seen bad reviews about other locations so my expectations were low. The only problems we had here were there were only 2 single plug sockets, the double bed was broken, it sunk in the middle so me and my fiancè didn't get a good night sleep we keep falling into the middle. We made the hotel aware of the issue in the morning as our children were already in their beds asleep and we didn't want to wake them Other than that it was clean and looked nice there was hardly any noise from the motorway and we were given a ground floor room which was perfect for us as our children are 3 years old and 6 months old. My 3 year old slept really well all night

Motel is very clean and room is all you can expect but my room is right above the entrance, so had smokers out there most of night talking. Not much sleep. Good deal though. 1 night , 2 day pass to Warwick Castle and full English at Harry Ramsdens.

I recently stayed with my family at Days Inn Warwick south and would 100% recommend this hotel. As a family visiting Warwick Castle we were mainly looking for a place to sleep and were not too concerned with hotel facilities, however this hotel delivered across the board. The staff were welcoming and friendly and our room was fantastic! Clean, warm, spacious, fully stocked with Tea and Coffee and the Breakfast included in our package was amazing! Surrounded by all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the Days Inn (M40 Warwick services southbound) was brilliant. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean, and warm. The beds were very comfortable. Our stay was everything we could wish for to make our trip go really well.

We were on a long journey to the south coast and have become regular visitors at Days Inn with special rates. Nice welcome at Reception. Quiet rooms with wide flat screen TV. Tea and coffee making facilities.

Clean fresh room. Shower was perfect right temperature right pressure. Staff lovely very helpful and efficient. Lots of tea and coffee only 1 biscuit in a family room is a bit mean . They are good biscuits too. Really good night's sleep very comfortable bed.

We stayed for one night last night in a very snowy Warwick services. We was surprised how good the hotel was. It was very clean and comfortable couldn't have asked for more. Would definately stay again and would recommend. The hotel doesnt do food but in the services next door there is plenty of choice. Very happy with the hotel good value for money.

My Grandson and I had a lovely stay, with friendly staff and will use this place in the future if in the area. The bathroom fan made a horrible and while the staff could not repair it, they were on the case as soon as it was reported and a resolution to the problem was accomplished.

Great value, bigger room than those at other budget chains, lots of ‘extras’ including bath size towels and a great shower. Patrick, is a charming, helpful receptionist. Now for the ‘bad’ bit: you can only reach the ‘Inn’ from the M40 so make sure that you don’t put in the post code as you’ll end up in a field if you are not on the motorway to start. Also decide which Days Inn you want, the one going south or the one if you are heading north. The company needs to give better guidance on their site.
