Staff rude. Building tired and in need of loads of TLC. Taped carpets. Damp mouldy room... Air conditioning not working. Help none existing. Good luck on finding it Hilton in name. Footnote reroomed with the help of Andrew shame it had to happen but thank you regardless
Opportunity for a breakaway with the wife. Stayed initially with a bit of reservation at this Hotel due to location, but boy was I wrong staff from Marta on reception to Henry and Illi (hope I got that right) in the bar and restaurant area we were made to feel welcome and in someway special.
Bedrooms dirty, Bathroom outdated, Staff rude and not caring or even know the meaning of customer service. Stay away or be prepared to be disappointed!!!! I strongly feel this hotel is way short of what you expect from a respectable hotel in this day and age!
This hotel is a great location, within easy access off the M40, for both Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon if you have a car. Though a regular bus service operated between the towns. The hotel is clean and well presented upon entry. The Restaurants were clean and good choice of food on offer. The bedrooms were disappointing, as they were looking tired and dated. The floor and wall tiles were dirty and a couple were cracked. The bed was very hard, so had an uncomfortable 2 nights sleep, as most other Hilton hotels we've stayed at have been very comfortable. The rooms are in need of an update and refurbishment. Other than that, the service was excellent, as we would expect from a Hilton Hotel
The room was okay, bed was comfy, They gave us 4 pillows, but they were paper thin. The table by the bed had sticky marks of glass bottoms on it, so clearly the room was somewhat cleaned, because of this I washed and rinsed ALL cups and glasses in the room, just to be sure. I took a photo of it but the marks weren't too visible so I didn't upload it here. Breakfast was not bad, staff were polite, and there was a cheerful chap in the breakfast buffet who kinda had an australian accent, who was genuinely nice to everyone. I guess it's an okay place to stay for a night, it has ample parking, not a bad place to stay in for the night when you're visiting Warwick, or when you're driving through towns.
Stayed here to go to a party in Warwick, service was okay, rooms okay, but nothing special, clean and tidy. If you can get a good deal to stay here then give it a go, but not the most modern Hilton out there
We booked this hotel for a long weekend. I had stayed here recently on business and enjoyed my stay The staff here are friendly and efficient and only too willing to help. Pleasant surroundings and easy to find m, being sited just off the M40 Facilities include a more than adequate gym and lounge areas bar and large dining hall. Food was good, the breakfast had something to suit everyone’s taste. Rooms were adequate and comfortable with everything that you would need. Would definitely stay here again
We used this as a stop over as we travelled to Cornwall for a weekend away. The hotel was easy to find and had lots of parking. Check in was easy and our room was clean tidy and very comfortable. We had drinks and dinner in the bar and this was very good and a great selection. We had a good nights sleep before checking out at 4am.
We stayed at the Hilton for one night over the weekend. Upon arrival the hotel and surroundings seemed nice, reception and bar area was nice and spacious and just what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The room however was not as good. The bathroom smelt unclean, and there was a constant unpleasant smell of urine! We also found that the toilet didn't flush very well and became blocked up, which was far from ideal with 2 young children. As we were only there for one night, and by the time we unpacked and let the front desk know, it wasn't worth moving rooms with the time it would have taken. Breakfast in the morning however, was very good with a wide range, and the only reason that this review is not a 1*! Location was good, however due to this experience probably wont be returning in a hurry.
