The Space:
The comfortable 17m2 studio apartment has the capacity to comfortably accommodate 2 people. The space of the apartment offers a living area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The interiors are distinguished by a cosy and aesthetic arrangement combined with functionality. The living room space is filled with a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function for one person and a table. In addition, there is a double bed, which can be tucked away during the day to create a comfortable living space, and at night guarantees a peaceful sleep and rest. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The modern bathroom has been equipped with a shower, hairdryer and welcome toiletries and towels. The pleasant interior colours in light colours and the functionally arranged space provide the flat with a cosy and unique atmosphere. We also welcome guests travelling with pets, as this is a pet-friendly apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Modern studio located on Batorego Street in a quiet neighborhood. This district is part of the Mokotów district in Warsaw, which is characterized by its proximity to the city center. At the same time, it offers an intimate, friendly atmosphere. Batory Street is an attractive location, as evidenced by excellent communication with the entire city. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Warsaw School of Economics (500 m). Fans of cultural events in the capital will appreciate the proximity to the iconic Klub Stodoła, located on the same street, only 550 meters from the apartment. In addition, the area is known for numerous recreational green areas, such as Pole Mokotowskie (10 m), where guests can have a picnic, admire nature or sit by the water. It is also a great place for a morning jog or an evening walk in nature. The location has great access to other districts of Warsaw thanks to a well-developed public transport network. Within 160 meters from the studio, there is the Batory bus stop, as well as the Warszawa Główna railway station (2.5 km). There is also the Pole Mokotowskie metro station (350 m) nearby, which facilitates quick and comfortable travel around the capital. Journey to the Chopin airport takes about 10 minutes. People who prefer even more ecological solutions can use one of the many city bike rentals in the area - the district is very bike-friendly.
