Not as nice as it used to be
This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at, the staff was excellent. Great quiet location for us to stay!
The Hotel is in a good, easy to access location near most everything you might like. Safe, secure, and did I mention indoor pool and spa? The breakfast is Covid/excellent, but I’m betting it gets better than ever after the official end of this virus.

This is one of the most expensive hotels in the area, but honestly it is not better than the Fairfield or other hotels in the same vicinity. The bathtub in the suite that we stayed in was cool but dirty. The coffee maker didn't work either.
I was recommended by a colleague to stay at this hotel and it was no disappointment. The front desk staff were always professional and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were terrific: free breakfast, free wifi and an extensive list of cable channels. The room was much larger than I expected.
Every time we visit family in the Niles area, we stay here. Everyone is so friendly and are eager to do whatever they can to make your stay the best. The free breakfast in the morning has many things to choose from. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend!
Our visit was excellent as was the accommodations . Highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Warren.
Our stay was very nice. Enjoyed the view of surrounding fireworks. Pool looked good. Breakfast was very enjoyable.
The stay was very nice! When we arrived they offered us free complimentary sodas. The room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The free breakfast in the morning was very nice. They had a pool and a hot tub and both were great to use. The location of the hotel was great. It was right across the street from a mall and many food places. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. The hotel had a lot to offer. I would stay here again.
