The WiFi was very slow and sometimes nonexistent. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
The bathroom was not clean. There was some sort of gel on the toilet seat cover, the top of the tank and the shower handle. I purchased the Orbitz "protection" in case I didn't stay the entire time. I checked out the next morning and checked in to another hotel down the street. Orbitz did not reimburse me for the days I did not use saying checking out early didn't fall under their "protection" Paying extra is a waste of your money.
Room was not ready when we reached at 5:15 pm when check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. The housekeeping lady had started to clean the room 10 minutes back. We went away shopping and came back at 7 pm and then checked-in. Never experienced anything like this in all these years.

The room was fine. Location was ok. The parking lot is small so if you have a trailer you will need a different parking location. Their "pet friendly" price was $50! Per pet!!! That's $25 or more than all of the previous hotels we've stayed at.

They had to change our rooms twice because of wet carpets. Friendly staff tho.

We are so sorry you had a bad experience here. We should always and usually do strive to make each guest feel as welcomed and as comfortable as we can.
