We had to wait 2 to 3 hours after check in time (3pm) to be able to get checked into the room then they offered to downgrade us to get us a room on time without offering and discounted price or anything. It messed with our plans to go to boston and caused issues for getting ready. The lady was very ...
Staff staff staff.... Warm, welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! The hotel itself is great, but showing little signs of age here and there. Some water damage just outside of the bathrooms. The receptionists are cheery and attentive. Relish service (Abdul) was just amazing! He was kind and friendly ...
Hotel is in nice area, easy parking, clean facility- particularly good breakfast, much better than usual hotel, helpful staff , both on arrival and in morning. We really liked this place and would recommend it to others.
Giving a nice rating because of location and room/bed comfort. Staff was friendly and pleasant; got a good recommendation for a great local seafood restaurant -- the Summer Shack. A few minor annoyances: - there are 2 buildings with different facilities and check-in desks. As the address says, this ...

For people who like a little history and a lot of coolness, this hotel is the place to be. I am a big fan of vinyl records and have been collecting them for sometime. They let you choose from some stacks of finals and take the records to your room! There is a record player in every room as far as I know :-) There’s a hallway of memorabilia that is fun to look at and they have a steaming hot pool that is open in the middle of the snowy winter! How cool is that? The staff were very inviting and just excited to be there. It always helps if someone likes their job! Can’t say enough about this place I will be coming back for sure. (Oh and for what it’s worth I am not paid to write this lol it’s just that the place is so cool I had to do it)
This hotel is in the middle of everything... shopping, stores, food, etc. It is an old structure, renovated, maintained its charm, but everything is obviously retrofitted. As clean as you hope for. Rooms are small, so upgrade if you can. A little pricey for the size room you're getting, but comfortable and clean.
Had to leave Nantucket early because of another nor’easter coming and Stayed at the Hilton Hotel at Logan wonderful freiendly staff great rooms very clean and Spacious
