The Westin Waltham-Boston

Cleaning staff either took or disposed of item I had on night table,

Westin are great. Great beds, a crispness you expect, great staff. This hotel had them all. The room as clean and comfy, the westin bed amazing like always. Breakfast buffet was good, the bar/drinks area good. So why did this place leave me cold? It felt too big. Criss-crossing events (weddings, reunions, college football teams staying at the hotel). In some instances, I would've enjoyed the hustle and bustle. But I left thinking "I'll probably never stay here again." Maybe it was the priciness ($15 a day to park my own car in an outdoor lot? Really?). It just felt strangely too big for its own good. Westin, I'll find you again. Just not in Waltham, MA.

The staff made the stay so enjoyable. Mr. Greene checked me in and was so kind and helpful. My flight was delayed and I needed to check out later and the staff was so accommodating.

Leke of staff. Valet staff is only one. Waited almost half n hour. same in resturent on breakfast table even when resturent was 90% empty there was only one waiter who was taking order.

great hotel, perfect location. Close to many offices and business

everything was perfect. Couldn't ask for any better. Had a wonderful stay

Unfortunately, during our recent stay, this Westin fell well short of my expectations for this chain. Food service was slow, with a very indifferent attitude. The bed wasn't comfortable (too soft). The in-room temperature control wasn't stable. One robe for two people. Internet connection didn't work (though I found I was charged for it) and when I called the desk for help, the promised call from their "engineer" never happened. If you're staying out near Waltham, there are other hotels close by. Next time, I'm going to try one.

We really enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated hotel.

Everything went great. Was there for the testing that was at the hotel - and everything went smoothly

Our stay was great. Hotel near I-95 and reasonably close to "T" for use to get into Boston and Fenway Park. Hotel has a great lobby and great view to the west. A parking fee was not anticipated as other Hotels in the area are free. There is also a fee for WIFI and computer use, which other area hotels in the area do not have. Overall a great place to stay.

First time staying at this hotel and it was very nice I would stay there again.

I can't or couldn't beleive the Food prices $ 6.00 for a glass of Milk ?? It was in a great location so going out to eat was not bad at all

Confortable hotel although the parking was kind of a nuisance for it is out of the hotel and was additionaly charged

Before posting this review, I called the hotel and left a message with the manager to call me because I had concerns about my recent stay. I got no call back, so I am posting this review. When we came into the hotel, we were surprised to have a parking fee in addition to the room charge. Waltham is not in the city and there should be plenty of parking. I booked the hotel because of the competitive rate, but the addition of parking fee was disappointing. Then, at about 2:30 AM, the noise from the room next door was enough to wake us up and keep us up for another hour. We were in a no smoking room, but someone was smoking either in the hallway or the neighboring room because the smell came into the room.

Everything was great, except they forgot to notify housekeeping that I was there for two days. I was awakened to knocking on my door and questions of why I was still in the room. I called the front desk myself and had no further disruptions.

We stayed at the Westin because of the famous Westin Bed - it lived up to the bidding! Hotel is spacious and modern, just as described. Room size ordinry but well appointed.

Another successful business stay at the Westin Waltham!

Stayed there for one night. Friendly, easy and efficient check in. Good beds. Good gym. Good breakfast. Limited late night dinning options in walking distance.

Whenever I travel to Boston I stay at the Westin Waltham. The location is ideal for meetings in the city and Metrowest. The staff is always very friendly and the amenities are ideal.

Room was very spacious, flat screen TV with cable channels, very comfortable Westin's standard queen size beds. However, I was disappointed because there was no free parking and free internet (even though I specifically opted for those options when I searched on Orbitz). Parking was $11 per day.
