The hotel is okay not that great the breakfast is really bad.

Giving a nice rating because of location and room/bed comfort. Staff was friendly and pleasant; got a good recommendation for a great local seafood restaurant -- the Summer Shack. A few minor annoyances: - there are 2 buildings with different facilities and check-in desks. As the address says, this is 52, not 32 which had a pool. - no hangers - nothing in the kitchen: no cups or glasses, plates, utensils - great shower but leaky faucet

The room was fine, but not clean Increase the room amenities and add a full breakfast!

The hotels clean and pleasant tostay at even if for for only 6hrs of sleep my problem was with orbitz i booked the room through them and apparently they don't confirm with the hotel about the booking my flight was delayed in Chicago so by the time i got to the hotel it was completely booked i had to wait in the lobby till 1am so the great and pleasant staff could get me a room and yes idid call ahead of time to confirm

Not worth the price. The room was fine. We didn't have a remote and only had one pillow for the two of us. When we called down to ask for an extra pillow and remote for the TV we were told someone would be right up. We called a half hour later to see where they were and again we were told they would be right up. We called again twice and no one answered the phone. No one ever showed or called to explain where they were. The AC didn't work. Again, no response from the staff after we called to inquire about having it fixed. Paid $200 for a room in suburbs of Boston. It was terrible. Don't recommend. Frankly, I feel as though we should get our money back.

The room looked clean; however, the floor was very sticky. We smelled the faint scent of cigarette smoke before we left for dinner. When we returned, the room smelled as if a group of people just had cigar party in our room! We had to open the door and window to let the smoke scent out. We called the front desk, and we were told that the scent must have been caused by somebody smoking in this supposedly "smoke-free facility." All they had to say to us was that we should turn on the bathroom fan to get rid of the smell.

Would come again Only missing amenity was disposable cups in the room and real half and half at the breakfast bar

The room had not been vacuumed and reeked of a recently-sprayed air freshener. When I tried to open the window for fresh air, I caught the screen just before it fell out of the window. There was garbage under the bed, dishes in the kitchen area had been put away dirty and the batteries had been removed from the TV remote. Unjfortunately, I knew there were no vacancies in the area under $300 otherwise I would have checked out and demanded a refund. To add insult to injury, what I paid for this room was exorbitant.

I will never go back to this hotel. There are NO amenities, the dishware was filthy, the room was dirty, not even any shampoo. They only make up the room every 7 days so a little tiny bar of soap has to last a week. The "free" wi-fi was worthless. I paid for an upgrade to "fast" wi-fi and it was still too slow to use. Desk clerks were useless in addressing any problems.

Decent value, rooms were overall clean. Slight smoke smell in bathroom. Staff were nice and helpful.

We were hesitant to stay at the hotel because of the price and the previous reviews but we took a risk. It couldn't of been a better deal! The hotel was right off the highway, it was a Queen size bed with a small kitchenette, and the bathroom was extremely clean. I did find it odd that we had to go to the front desk for extra supplies, but that would not make us not go there again. I liked how when we got back to the hotel around 11pm, we had to use our key to get into the hotel. Security was a nice additive even though it wasn't in a bad area. I would recommend this place to a friend and would probably stay there again, especially knowing there is a usable kitchen!

For what we paid, having two queen beds and a kitchenette met our needs completely for a family of four. The staff told us that there is no house-cleaning for stays under 7 days. If we need fresh towels, they are available, but we have to exchange them at the front desk. But that worked out fine for us. A great value overall!

We had no power at our home, so went to this hotel for a shower and heat.

Hotel was in a nice secluded type of environment. Stayed there for two nights and don't recall the room ever being attended to by the hotel staff (cleaning). I'm not too picky, but a decent place overall for something last minute.

One staff member was very helpful with guiding me to the hotel over the phone, right to the front door. I was coming from Boston and was totally stressed. She was calm and helpful. Some things I wish I had known right away were: if staying under 7 days you must get towels at the desk, you pay extra if you want housekeeping, you need to ask for dish soap. I had to have the tub unclogged, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and I wouldn't walk on the carpet without socks. There was a small strip mall close to the hotel, but it was not pointed out, and I would have utilized it a few times.

I was on a trip to pickup my 4 year old granddaughter, who lives south of Boston, on the Cape. Not knowing the area, and arriving by Amtrak at a location farther away than expected, (saw a station only 4 milles away, and I got off at BackBay about 15 miles away), and I am not complaining about that at all. It was my bad for not investigating better. My train trip ended up 4 hours late, so I arrived at the hotel at 3am, after a $60 taxi ride. Yes, I would stay here again. Only one complaint,,,there was one spoon, one fork and one knife, but not one single cup to drink my coffee. I drank it out of the mini coffee pot. :-)

Room and bathroom relatively clean, but worn out. Hallways and elevators very dirty. Place rather creepy overall.

The entire 2nd floor smelled of rotting seafood the first night. The next night it was a different indescribable but equally horrid smell

Cheap, comfy bed... the phone was filthy but other than that no complaints.

The hotel was nice and the price was right. I was a little disappointed that they did not serve a breakfast at least a continental one.
