Great experience for a 3-days stay! I especially love the lake views.

This place more like a motel than hotel. Even some Motels have Pool and a Gym, this place doesn't have anything like that. Breakfast was ok. However, I like the restaurant and night life there, Almost every night there was something going on, like live band, music, pokers, etc.

No, it's not new. It is clean and a good value for an overnight stay. Excellent breakfast!

I attend a superbowl party every year, and so as to not drink and drive, stay at the Lakeside. it is about the same money as ubering back and forth from my house would be. My only complaint is with Orbitz. I have used Orbitz a number of times and they always meet my needs, but this time, they had a 'last minute' price increase they sprung at the last step of booking.

Nice 3 night stay. 10-15 Lyft/Uber ride to all attractions. The staff was great, prices great and the lakeview was beautiful. If I had to say something less than stellar it would just be the rooms could use a little face lift but that didn't affect the stay at all! Would definitely go back :)

The room was recently updated (not done very well) Room was Ok

There's nothing special about this hotel. Rooms are just your average hotel room. I have stayed here because I have family that lives in this town and it is convenient. I have stayed twice and each time there has been a band playing in the lounge that you can very clearly hear in your room until late into the evening. (I've been on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor and I could hear them in both locations). The breakfast is pretty awful......tiny little paper plates, tiny styrofoam cups, and much of the food seemed stale/very little selection. With all of this being said....when the price is reasonable I will stay here but I would definitely be unhappy if I paid more than $100 for my hotel room because it would not be worth it. On the bright side, the hotel staff have been very wonderful!

i will not call it hotel, it's more like a motel; if your lucky you will have the lake view room otherwise you will end it up only with the parking view.

This hotel isn't great for the price. The staff was OK but the worst part was that they have a bar downstairs. I actually went to get a drink fairly early but I had to be up early in the morning. At around 9pm (this was on a Sunday night) they had karaoke. So in my room it was so loud that the pictures on the wall rattled. Around 11:30pm I called the front desk asking how long it was going to go on. They said until midnight but they would tell the bar it's too loud. Somehow it got louder for the next half hour and I couldn't sleep the entire time. Not only that but outside in the front around 10:30pm there were drunk guys screaming and it was loud even with the window shut. That was only for about 10 minutes but I was asking myself if I was at a hotel or an apartment above a bar. For paying $100 a night I was pretty annoyed. The bar says they have events almost every night so how does that work when you run a hotel? Some people want or need to sleep! I'll never come back to this one.

Want to say big thank you to hotel staff. The were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room could be cleaner, but it was not gross. Breakfast was pretty good, although orange juice tasted like water.

Pleasant stay, will come back. Great view from hotel, too bad no leaves on the trees.

Unpleasant. Strong odor, the aesthetics of the place was disgusting. Cigarettes butts all over the entry, no elevator, hallow hallway, broken blinds, broken shades, ac unit very loud and dusty, broken windows, just to name a few.

I needed a place to stay super bowl sunday, and they fit the bill wonderfully. I've stayed in better hotels, but I've also stayed in worse...

Very unsatisfactory. The room, Bed smell, feel like they don't change the beddings daily. My bed (fitted sheet) had a stain from my dinner the night before, I went out, the room was done, but the bed sheets weren't changed stain still there. I didn't complain, cause you got what you paid for.

Nice room, reasonably rates, and great location for a walk on a beautiful New England lake. Close to a small town and near Boston. Just what we wanted.

It was ok for the price. We were out of the room most of the time. The lake view was nice, but the windows were so dirty it was hard to see it.

Hotel is a little outdated. The rooms are small and there's no microwave or fridge. The bar and staff are super nice. There is a mall nearby. The view of the lake is great.

Nothing Special but I was there just for an overnight stay. Short on toiletries, etc. Bed was a bit shaky and sunken in.but comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel overnight after working late. I arrived just before midnight and had no problems checking in. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was very pleased. I would absolutely stay here again if the need arose.

it's just like living upstairs above a bar!
