My family of four had a great stay at this hotel don’t let the outside of the building steer you away the inside was super nice with lots of updates. AC worked perfect was able to relax. Staff was super friendly.
Room smelled and seedy drunk folks outside their rooms.
Basic hotel for a good nights sleep
Even as a 2 star facility, as a traveler, I expect blankets, pillows (we got three that did not amount to one) and enough towels for my stay. We had NO blankets (only a sheet and bedspread) in the room and the staff had to go inside the room to VERIFY that I was telling the truth. Only to tell me that I can cover up with the bedspread. We said no, he insisted the bedspread was clean. We got two blankets but had to explain ourselves only after he reminded us that this was a 2 STAR hotel! We got TWO towels for our 5 night stay. When requesting two clean ones on day 3 we were given one more because they didn't have enough. Ice machine was broken, Room was clean enough if you don't look very close. I don't expect luxuries or chocolates on the pillows, I do expect a comfortable stay. the hotel has a beautiful view and the front desk staff was pleasant. However, that does NOT make our stay comfortable.
From Check in to check out our experience was great. We were in the area for dance showcases my daughter was performing in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property right on the lake was a plus. Will definitely book again!
