All you need is to bring your food. Very clean and beautiful.

Nice condo with fully stocked kitchen and washer / dryer. Close to a beach park and within walking distance to a gas station with coffee. Nice people around and a few condo group activities to help you meet people.

The room all in all wasnt too bad, nice kitchenette, beautiful view, nice pool. The details of the room the longer stayed was not appealing. We had tiny little "ants" all over the place, in our bathroom, kitchen counters, on the couches. Any food left out as immediately covered in ants. We had to keep everything off the counters and tops of everything. The AC unit in the living room felt great but only reached the living room. The bedroom was absolutely horrible, hot and muggy the entire time we stayed, even with multiple fans going. I received a call about my complaint and they informed me the AC was only for the living room and could only offer another fan. The AC unit leaked water on the deck continuously so the deck was always slipper if not towel dried.

This was a wonderful location in a beautiful location - quiet, serene, away from the usual 'tourist' experience. Virtually every need was anticipated. For future reference and future visitors, it would be better if the windows in the 2nd bedroom were dusted and clean. Otherwise, no complaints.

there was never anyone in the office to help, answer questions, solve problems, checkin, check out, etc. there were assigned parking stalls and residents visitors were parked in our stall for the entire trip leaving us no choice but to park in someone else stall causing a domino effect (as well as a violation sticker on our windshield and being physically parked in by someones car). it is a mixed residential and rental condo, but the residents do a lousy job of coexisting with renters. they break their own rules and you better not park in their spot!

We would have liked and ac in the bedroom or atleast a overhead fan. Great snorkle, beaches, and weather. We liked the local resturant Beach Bums as do the locals...

Other than the mattress being uncomfortable, and my husband needing to sleep on the couch, all else was wonderful. I have already suggested it to friends. If I were to come back to that area, I would definetly want to stay there again.
