Property in areas is rundown and old, needs updating. Staff lacks attention to detail from crumbling paint under the over pass bridges to customer satisfaction. Be prepared if you rent a car and stay the it’s a $30 parking fee per night that is not disclosed at the time of booking.

It was awesome! Very big, great food Nice pool. Love the lagoon

You could spend your whole vacation on site if you were so inclined, but there are LOTS of other things to do off site as well.

Check in person by the name of Mike was excellent explaining clearly on the hotel accommodations

Very beautiful property, very large, you never felt like you were crowded by people or kids. Very expensive. We paid thousands for this vacation before we arrived and still checked out with a 1500 bill and we only charged 2 or 3 things onto our room. Which was no more than 200. I felt like I was constantly be charged the entire time. $40 resort fee each day and then $30 car fee each day. Plus tax on top of these.

Very large resort geared towards families. Stayed at Ocean tower in an ocean view room. Overall condition of the room was somewhat dated and in need of renovation. Plastic showerhead and flimsy curtains gave a cheap feel to the bathroom. Bed not too comfortable. Would not stay again given the price to value.

Amazing hotel, wonderful pools and so much fun to paddle board with turtles and fish.

We paid extra upon arrival to upgrade to lagoon tower, the room we got was excellent with a view of the lagoon and the bed was amazing. They are currently renovating the ocean tower to become timeshares, and due to that (and other) construction, most of the hotel restaurants are closed and so is the largest pool. Also as one might expect, resort food prices are high. As a result, my wife and I ate at the same location (Lagoon Grill) every day for a week. The only other place open all day was at the other end of the resort. If you have trouble walking long distances, or have problems with stairs you may want to avoid this place. Yes there are elevators in the towers, but the grounds are covered with stairs and the tram/boats don’t go down to the lagoon.

Nice restaurants, and shops. The pools were great, and the lagoon on the property was great place for the grandkids to learn to snorkel.

Great location more than we expected! Just need to replenish shampoo dsily

Kid friendly, lots of thing to do, beautiful, very clean and friendly staff
