Good customer service. My only negative comment was that there was a sock from the last customer on the floor of my room, but outside of that I have no complaints.

Hotel was what I expected, really nothing more or less. Accomodations were clean, comfortable, affordable, and convenient to Pro Football Hall of Fame. Note that Hall of fame is not within walking distance - you will need to drive although it is only about a mile. Breakfast was very sufficient but nothing special - typical motel affair. Overall good experience and would recommend.
The hotel was just ok . The rooms could have been cleaner. The hot breakfast was not very tasty.

This hotel is not fancy, but it will put a roof over your head and not you gross you out while doing so. I would stay here again when visiting the Canton area.
Pretty basic but very cheap so I didn't expect much.
Great experience, great value for the price. Staff was very accommodating and personable, room was very "cozy", clean and comfortable. Will stay there again next time that I am in the area on business. There were a lot of other business men and contractors staying there during my 2 day stay.
My wife and a friend stayed here overnight while traveling to visit family. They were very pleased with the room, however they were a little worried when arriving because it was late and there were same strange guys trying to hit on them outside. However, like I said once they got in the room they loved it! And were absolutely pleased!
Expected a cheap hotel but found staff, lodging, and breakfast to be above expectation. Good Value and great proximity to Hall of Fame and shopping for necesities.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Stayed at this hotel for the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Breakfast was good.
The location near the Pro Football Hall of Fame was excellent. There was no elevator, so getting luggage up the stairs was difficult. The breakfast was good.
