No towels in my room. Had to call 3 different numbers just to get someone at the front desk to check in
awful place... i booked here to get a cheaper flight... as soon as i pulled into the place and saw the rooms i knew it was a no go
There was no housekeeping service for the two weeks i stayed there. I asked the housekeepers to clean my room three times and had the door sign hanging that i needed maid service and they never came. I went to the office for a vacuum and for towels and the guy said ugh now i have to walk all the way back there to get it. I bought my own toilet paper and toothpaste. The site says they have wifi and they DONT. i was doing homework at dunkin donuts because im an online student. When i got there the first day i spoke to the manager about the wifi and she said it will be on soon and they never put it on. Then they told me i couldnt be refunded when i wanted to check out early. This place was terrible dont stay here.
Rates were excellent. 35 minutes to get to the pro FB HOF No hotel business center was the only drawback, as I was not travelling with a laptop, thus could not check my emails. They do provide internet for the rooms, so bring your own device.
Never again. People will say "you get what you pay for" ... in this instance I didn't even get that. The last at the front desk said they don't guarantee the Wi-Fi and even have a sign that it doesn't work in all buildings. Wasn't on the website when I booked it. Don't offer it if you don't have it. We also booked a non-smoking room and it was disgustingly saturated with a heavy stale smoke smell. Even the check in office is heavy with that smell. Beds were ok. Check in was ok but the lady wasn't exactly pleasant when I asked about the Wi-Fi. I've stayed at places that charged less and were better quality. Never again. This was by far the worst place we've ever stayed.
Pleasantly surprised even had a nice pool and only hotel I found during the Republican national convention not GOUGING people.
Nice little out of the way spot with remodeled rooms. Very quiet, clean, and good location for restaurants
To be honest, I was just there for personal business. I pretty much checked in at about 8:30 pm and left at 6:45 am. As soon as I checked in, I unpacked and my son whole iives close by, picked me up and I spent the majority of the evening at his house. I returned to my room for a quick shower and to bed. I packed up as soon as I got up. However, in that small time, this is what I can say about the motel: As soon as I pulled up to the office, I saw that the attendant noticed me pulling in and went straight to the check in desk so she was ready when I walked in the door. I identified myself and she pulled up my prepaid record. Politely, she had me fill in the paperwork, which was little more than a signature. And gave me my key. My room was clean, and comfortable. After unpacking I got on the internet, I had to call to find out how to access, and she gave me a password, which was no big deal, after that no problems geeing online. I didn't really watch TV, but turned it on while I did my things and it worked fine. The shower was clean and my bed was comfortable, i slept well. I had asked for a wake up call at six and that went right on time. I watched the morning news as I packed up and again the TV worked fine and I had not trouble accessing the channel that I was interested in. I turned in my key without incident. I was not really in my room long enough to make a real detailed critique, but I was happy with what I experienced. I will point out that originally I was going to stay at another motel in Barbarton that I had stayed at about five years ago. I got online to book a room and read the reviews online. I was disenchanted to see that it had really fallen from par since my last stay. I immediately looked for an alternative and found Legacy Inn. It was a few miles from where I was originally going but not more than a couple minutes more drive. If I find I need a place in that area again, I will definitely book at the Legacy Inn, and perhaps next time get a chance to try out some of their amenities. Lastly, I did enjoy the coffee machine in the room from which I brewed some coffee to take on the road.
Great for the value. It's a older hotel, but very clean
I needed someplace to stay for the night and the hotel was good value for the price. I used the free internet and desk in the room to catch up on email. Everything was clean except for the rug which was super old. Room was quiet and I slept great.
This is a Great, quiet little Hotel right off the express way! It may not have an indoor pool, or fancy flat screen tv's but it's perfect for 50 bucks a night! The staff was great, so very helpful with everything. Plus they are pet friendly for only 8 bucks a night! Beds are comfortable and room size is average. The only problem we had was the height of the shower head. My husband being 6'6" had a hard time washing his hair in the 5'ish shower head. Besides that it was great! Will be staying again!
We just needed a comfortable bed to sleep for one night that wouldn't break the budget. The furnishings were very dated, but the bed was very comfortable. Easy to find, we'll stay again the next time we're in the area.
Everything was great! I booked this hotel for my friend and I after the NFL Football Enshrinement Ceremony. I acted late and this was the closest affordable location I could get a definite reservation at. We finally arrived at 2am and there was someone there to handle everything, they were very friendly and the hotel was extremely affodable and easy to find! I paid $56 after tax for a clean room with 2 double beds, cold AC and cable. Couldn't have been happier after a long sun burned day!
The hotel can not be seen from the road. The road does not stand out as having a hotel on it. The room it self was good for an older hotel. Very helpfull employees.
