We booked a non-smoking room and upon arrival were told they only had smoking rooms available. That was not an option for us with three small children. We were able to cancel the reservation, which we were thankful for, but it was very inconvenient for us to have to rebook another hotel in the area so late at night after traveling all day.
My bed was made everyday when I got in, fresh towles, etc.
Staff was friendly. Apartments interior and facility conditions were bad. we were first assign to a wrong room that was dirty and with food on it. Luckily there was nobody there.
Dirty and run down room....TV only worked on one channel. Great AC. Had a pillow wrapped with someone else's white T-shirt....really guys.
property is old but ok for just one night, have old school hotel smell
