Can't beat the price of this hotel. The only negative was the internet. I could never connect but other than that the staff was friendly and the room was decent for the price. I would totally stay there again next time I go to Waco.

This hotel is exactly what you'd expect for the price. Not super fancy but everything you need for a quick sleep while on the road.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had nice pillows and sheets and was good on the back. We didn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot as the carpet and flooring in the bathroom didn't appear to be as clean as it could be. It is what you would expect from an inexpensive hotel.

The hotel was nice for the price. Good for a quick stay. The wi-fi never worked but overall it was decent.

Very easy to communicate needs and preferences with the very professional staff! They were very accommodating and cheerful. I have 7 ruptured discs in my back, and I have NEVER slept so well in a bed ever! And I stayed 3 nights! I have stayed in $400 a night hotels where I remained sleepless! They were so easy going and friendly, and the location is very accessible to all points of interest in Waco. Thank you!

Decent hotel for a decent price. Lobby very cozy, but obviously an older hotel. Bed was a bit itchy (not due to bugs, maybe just whatever they use in the laundry?), but pillows were plush and comfortable. Good water pressure. Texas-shaped waffles, but if it's busy, get to breakfast early or expect to wait a while for your waffle.

Dull looking hotel, entry was not inviting, Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Room was clean. Small TV and limited stations.

The room was well kept. Good arrangement and comfortable. the staff kept the rooms clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and well made. they accommodated all of my needs and made me feel welcome. I have stayed here several times and each time it have been the same great experience.

The hotel was really nice and clean just wish they had more Tv channels. But over all stay was great.

My kids and I were coming home from Oklahoma after a softball tournament and I got pretty sleepy. Stopped at a restaurant to grab a bite to eat. Saw this hotels price and decided to go. Very happy that we did. Even though it looked runned down in the inside, outside was clean as well as the rooms. Was very shocked at how clean the rooms actually were. The price was unbeatable. Will visit again if we have to.

No iron board or iron in the room. Low water pressure. The water wasn't very hot. The comforter had stains on it.

comfortable place to stay for the night close to baylor

mediocre room and breakfast. not so clean. Highway noise all through the night could not sleep well. Beer bottles in the parking lot. Lot of highway construction workers staying at the hotel.

Given some of the online reviews, I was surprised that this motel was as good as it was. A storm rolled though one night and we lost reception on the T.V./Internet, but I guess that is to be expected. It returned within an hour. I must say, the only unpleasantness I found was the picture of Dick Cheney next to the elevator thanking the owner. He is the spawn of the devil, you know.

Nice place great price and the breakfast was pretty good also

Price was right and nice place to stay. Clean room. Check in and out fast. Needed more pillows and got them fast.

Easy access. Freindly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean and comfortable room. Happy

great price good price i enjoyed my brief stay - dont pay attention to google reviews

We went for Freshman Orientation at Baylor and it was great. It was just a few minutes from Baylor and we had a nice clean room, great breakfast and a great price. We'll probably be visiting more in the future!
