Stayed here one night on vacation. Room was comfortable. Not to far of a drive from Magnolia Market. Price was good.

Had some problems with the fan on the air conditioner, which I like to use to drowned out sound. Also had and adjoining door to the next room which was not insulated in anyway.

Stayed many times and room and hotel is clean. Nice spot if you need a place to stay overnight.

Bathrooms had mold and bugs in them..,, cancel rest of nights and went somewhere else... Staff understood

The A/C was broken in our room. The hotel was full so no chance of moving. The front desk clerk said he would bring a fan up to the room, but it never came. The bed was uncomfortable, but the room was clean.

This is a half way point between family members so we meet here occasionally. The location is outside of Waco so if you want to do activities in Waco you'll need to drive. Great place for kids with indoor pool and fast food nearby. Pet friendly. Parks and restaurants are nearby in Waco.

The pool was ice cold. The room was great and clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again, hopefully they have fixed the pool heater issue. We stayed there in March 2015

Bed was great. Staff very friendly. The only thing that was below average was the breakfast. But for the value, I would stay there again and grab a breakfast at McDonalds across the street

Great stay. clean, kids loved it.,. would stay again YES>. its a new hotel so everything is so clean

The hotel is right off of the interstate which is very convenient . The room had a couch, fridge, microwave, and was extremely clean. The staff was courteous and professional. We were pleasantly surprised and we will be staying there again in the future.

What you have read from reviews below about the water not getting hot is true, especially early in the mornings. This place is a Ramada and looks good from the outside but once inside the lobby and the hotel halls, breakfast area look very cheap. What concerned me most was how things the walls are. I stayed in the bottom level near the lobby and could hear EVERYTHING from my room...talking, walking, lugguage rolling, walking above me in the hallway/stairs. The food for the breakfast was good but presentation contributed to that "cheap" feeling of the place. I'm by no means a hotel snob but there were BASIC things (that are at other economy based hotels) they could do to improve.

We stayed for one night for a family member surgery down the road. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice night sleep.

The online deal offered a king sized bed. Normally that doesn't mean the room is huge but it really was! There was a couch and plenty of space to spread out. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the complementary breakfast was nice. It included waffles shaped like Texas. The location was easy to find right off the highway.

Super clean facilities. I will make this my go to spot when traveling for work or play. Thanks Ramada!

Clean lobby and facilities. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was well above expectation. Indoor pool was slightly cloudy, but still nice to have!

i just sleep, i arrive late and leave early but this is my second stay in this hotel and if need to go back i will stay there again, very nice the breakfast and kindly personel and good instalation i recommend.

Only problem was the hot water situation. They ran out of hot water in the mornings when showering!

Room clean and spacious. Doors very thin, resulting in noisy night as other guests checked in. Noisy teenagers next door at 2:15 am. No one at front desk, resulting in our having to call local police to get sleep. Breakfast eggs were cooked beyond edible, and breakfast sausages were kept floating in water in a warmer. Yuck.

Was not a pleasant experience while staying here. Ran out of hot water the 1st morning I was there and also ran out of coffee to replace in rooms. Came back in the evening and my room had been halfway cleaned and did not replenish cups nor toiletries.

The hotel is newer, clean and the staff is friendly My air conditioner did not work. I was moved to a new room. I realize things like this happen, just a hassle after you've traveled all day and want to relax.
