This hotel was within waling distance of the Silo's, Dr. Pepper Museum, and the Texas Rangers Museum.

Though front window was cracked from top to bottom the room was alright. Two cans from dollar store of carpet foam, just vacuum did the trick of getting rid of old hotel smell. Plus sprayed walls with febreeze. Then on the place was great though missing baseboard behind bed allowed One insect to crawl into my bed while watching Netflix. Overall just maintenance needs to be the levels high in skills. Fire whoever you are paying and hire a smarter guy to prepare the rooms.

This hotel is not what it represented on the website. It was broken, lamp shade broke, plugs would not stay in outlets because they were broken, only one TV channel, very loud, poor breakfast (frosted flakes or waffles), all furniture was broken, shower was filthy (refused to shower because of poor cleanliness), pieces of roof falling off, very terrible experience

We went to Waco for a high school football game, when we arrived to check into the hotel we stood in the lobby for at least 10 min with no one in the lobby. Having a restroom in your lobby for customers that have to wait is great but not only was there no toilet paper or paper towels but no hand soap. When they finally get back they give us a room that is turned upside down with big fans drying the floor. We booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 children under 18, well one was 17, We ended up with 2double beds one of which was not big enough. It was down right nasty, with no towels the toilet would not flush needless to say I would never stay here again! EVER!

Rooms were comfortable (we had 3 rooms). Would stay there again.

rooms have a bad odor, was in two rooms huge bed bugs killed about 4

On our last stay in Waco we stayed at a competitor chain in a much smaller. For the exact same price we were able to stay in a two room suite at the Executive Inn. The property itself is not overwhelming and some things could use an upgrade. But overall this choice was an excellent value for the money we spent.

The hotel looked like a place for homeless people. Guest were sitting outside their room drinking beer. The grounds had trash and has not been picked up. Trash cans along the common walkway had not been picked up. A guest was changing his clothes in the parking lot. I saw no sign of security. My room looked clean; clean sheet, towels. The tub had some kind of gunk in it. The carpet had fleas. The air condition wasn't working very well. The refrigerator provided in the room wasn't working. I would never stay in a place like this again.

The room was not clean. Had dust everywhere and terrible cigarette smell. I had booked a non smoking room and before I even opened the door, I saw cigarette butts in the doorway. I was not expecting a Hilton for $50, but clean and smoke free would I have been good. Would never go back or recommend to anyone.

I was pretty disappointed with my four nights at this hotel. The internet was terrible, TV was hard to use, all four lamps did not work in my room (they fixed two of them though), there was no battery in my smoke detector, the pillows were flat, mattress was uncomfortable, the shower leaked water all night, the phone service was completely down, and the room service did the bare minimum to make the room look nice again. The continental breakfast was incredibly disappointing, I ended up going elsewhere for breakfast every morning. At about 7am on a Friday morning there was a few pieces of bread, small powdered doughnuts, a waffle maker, and some cereal. The hotel staff was quite nice and helpful, they did all that they could but I could not get past the condition of my room. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

the staff was very nice but was not empressed with the breakfast, plus the mic, g did not work and some of the lights....

This hotel looked nice on the pics however, when it came time to check in the room was dirty with filthy furnishings. The restroom looked used and the smell was unbaraeable. We had to switched rooms (which is something I didn't want to deal with since we came to Texas for a funeral) and the second room was a little bed but beds were uncomfortable and there was still a slight smell. Anyways on the bright side the hotel staff was very very nice and tried to accommodate us with no problems.

This should be the last place you consider when coming to town. It was the cheapest place to grab a shower and a sleep, because it was over a Baylor football weekend. There was only 1 set of towels. Someone had opened the smoke detector and stolen the 9 volt battery. Plugs for devices simply fell out of the wall sockets (loose), etc. I am VERY low maintenance, but wow was this place rough! It served my needs and was the cheapest place in town. So, if you are a broke college student coming to town, or if you are not a complainer, then I say go for it. You can sleep, shower, and grab a roll in the morning.

This place has a great location and has great potential. The ownership needs to put some money into the place, The rooms are not bad - they're not great - but they're not bad. The place is a little old, dated, and tired. They really need to work on their lobby. I would get rid of the pool which is empty of water and expand the breakfast eating area. What they offer currently is a joke - a crowded, cramped area with only 4 tables pushed up against one wall and the food selection is terrible. They need to hire a staff more dedicated to customer service. I booked a non-smoking room but when we arrived they had no record of my reservation then when we got to our non-smoking room there was a strong smell of smoke, an ashtray next to the bed, and a plastic bag covered the smoke detector. When I called the front desk, Darlene said that it is a non-smoking room and said she would come to unwrap the smoke detector but never did.

crickets in the room, broken springs in the mattress, dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower, smelled like a dirty ash tray. on a good note, very easy to find with quick access to the freeway.

The location is ok but the first desk was not good . And the room was not clean

Room was very large and roomy. Older furniture but decent.

The hotel was great. The hotel was in a great location. I had a great time during my stay.

We were shocked that this property hasn't been closed by the health dept. We were stuck because no rooms avaiable in town. We have pictures that I will send if you want. Bugs, mold, dirt, filth and on and on. I contacted the company and basically they said tough!! After pictures I used 2 containers of Clorox Wipes to clean. We never had maid service so we had to go to the desk for towels. Desk clerk was unpleasant also. Never again, if I have to book miles away I will if this is all Waco can offer.

If it weren't for the complex situation attending the Baylor/KState Game I would have gotten a better hotel. The hotel smelt old and was dated. The refrigerator did not work nor did the toilet. No bug but I'm surprised. I will not go back.
