DON’T stay here!!! Dead cockroaches in the fridge, dirty sheets, and broken AC. We left.

HOLES IN BATHROOM DOOR INSECTS ON WALLS INSIDE NO INTERNET FURNITURE BROKEN IN ROOM TOILET DOESN'T FLUSH PROPERLY VERY LIMITED CHANNELS ON TV

I just needed a room to sleep in for a woodturning symposium I was demonstrating at. I left hotel early morning & returned late evening so I needed nothing fancy. Deluxe Inn was perfect for my stay. I would definitely stay here again. Only 2 miles from my engagement at the Waco Convention Center. Hotel at Convention Center cost 3 times as much.

This hotel provides a very inexpensive stay with all the necessities for comfort, including hot showers, comfortable bed, and even a microwave, coffeemaker (but no cups or mugs) and refrigerator. There is a very basic breakfast. It is not deluxe but a great deal for the cost.

The staff are nice but the facilities from towels to bath and even the door - are in serious and run-down conditions. The bed comforter, somewhat, is dirty and stinks. The cost for an overnight stay is so high that one beginning to ask: What is the matter with the hotel management and the city of Waco where everything is as expensive as LA or NYC.

Filthy sheets and bathroom. Bad location for ladies traveling alone. Could not understand managements language. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. You cannot get in the pool area until management comes and lets you in.

Wasn't a great stay but for what we paid, it wasn't awful

Cons: Stained sheets and towels, cigarette butts on floors of nonsmoking room, uncomfortable bed, too noisy at night, creepy check in guy and smelly office. Pros: cheap, good AC, good location
