ZIRA Hotel is great! The location is close to the city center, it is quiet, a shopping mall with supermarket and pharmacy is right next door, conference venue and food marvellous and great! Different food, each time beautifully decorated and presented and the taste was great, too!
Location of Zira Hotel is really good, close to more or less everything you might need. Food is nice, service is also OK although sometimes it seems you are bothering them. Rooms are not too big, but have everything you need. There are various working rooms for different purposes (workshops, seminars, conference or simply meetings). Hotel is made for business purpose, it is not made for family or romantic staying. What I didn't like was lack of flexibility. I was there with my colleagues for work, and organisation made reservation for us before. It was two nights with breakfast, lunches and dinners. At the begining mistake was made, there were two drinks for lunch and none for dinner. When we asked to change it, answer was that it was impossible to change the contract. I really don't understand this, thought that guest should be right always especially when it is not changing nothing concerning budget.
We stayed a night at this hotel and the first thing I noticed is the complimentary Voda Vrnjci bottled water. It is a very nice gesture, at least we have water drink even though there is no kettle in the room to make a hot drink. Otherwise we have to make our way to the shop get a bottle of water especially a day of travelling.
I’ve been coming to this hotel for some years now. The hotel is in a great location, it’s cozy, nice and with friendly staff. However, one can see that after only few years of being open, nothing’s new is happening. Breakfast is the same since the first year I’ve started coming here which was pretty much the year of opening, same is with the room service menu. And what’s funniest, the pay per view menu in the rooms is still the same as, well, the year of the opening. So Ghost Rider is thhe newest thing apparently :). Also the maintenance is not a priority of the owners, this can be seen with at small things , for example the sink knob missing in the room, the stainless steel decoration on the sink not cleaned, at all. This might be the small things, however, small things usually lead to disappointment. Again, my compliments on the staff, the service is awesome... I would suggest that the owners invest just a little bit into maintenance, so this hotel don’t become forgotten...
I've been in Belgrade for a week and during that time I was staying at Zira Hotel. I want to write a special thanks to DEJAN from the Hotel concierge, he is the most friendly, helpful and professional guy! So lovely and great first impression of the hotel. He helped us a lot with getting directions, general information, attractions recommendations, simply made our vacation better! Everything about the hotel was PERFECT and I don't give praise lightly. It was new, clean, stylish. Food was beyond good. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable I was very pleased with my stay, and I look forward to my next vacation at Zira hotel!
The hotel is amazing and the staff pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is equipped with all necessary facilities. Breakfasts are good. The only drawback is the distance from the city center. But with taxis arrive easily and the price is reasonable. Warmly recommend the hotel.
The room was spacious and well cleaned and had a nice view. No sounds from outside. However, the aircon in my room 312 was somehow louder than I experienced in other hotels. Apparently there was a defect but the cooling worked very well and one could switch it off anytime. The bed was comfortable but for my size not long enough. The sauna and gymnasium (especially gym instructor) were very well.
We did arrive too late and were leaving too early to actually get to enjoy all that is offered at this location but we saw what they had to give. Beneath the hotel is a small shopping mall and a good sized grocery store. If we weren't flying out the next morning we might have been adventurous with foods. Parking is provided in a parking garage. Under $10 per night for parking. The greeting at the hotel was professional and courteous. Our room was very contemporary. We opted not to shower at this location as it was quite see-through between the bathroom and bedroom. But not marking down for that as others would not have any issue. Breakfast is included and was quite generous. Check out was a breeze!
We really enjoyed our stay at Zira hotel. It is very central located, you can walk to most places. Breakfast was really good, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a small shopping center with a few nice stores.
Stayed here for business. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The locatiin is great next to a grocery store and a small shopping center. You can easily reach more dining within 20 minutes if walking.
