And I mean it!!! Since I arrived there they were all very attentive and helpful, specially Carla from the front desk at the check-in and Grace at the check-out. Kitchen was closed by the time I got there but they had the touch to make me a fruit smoothie. Bed was SUPER comfortable as well as the other room facilities. Breakfast with many options of gluten-free and diary-free which was excellent for the both of me and my partner. Internet is a ++, works perfectly.
This was a great location easily accessed from the airport. The hotel was great. My room was 2305 very spacious and a great view. No issues eating at the hotel. Breakfast was fair. You can't compare it with Four Seasons or Ritz this is a three star hotel and it is perfect for Vitoria.
The hotel is clean and tidy and offers decent food and all the amenities one would expect from a hotel of their calibre. Dinner and breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and attentive. I'd definitely go back and certainly recommend the hotel when visiting Vitória.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and were there to celebrate the New Year. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant to us. All the times that we would walk through, everyone was always smiling and willing to assist. The room was well laid out and very clean. They had an open party on the night of the 31st, which was very nice. The complimentary breakfast every morning offered so many excellent options, and we loved it. I very highly recommend this hotel for all travelers looking for a high quality hotel in Vitoria!!
Modern hotel, with big comfortable rooms. Big bed, new linen, air conditioning, mini bar, in room safe and complimentary wi-fi. The bathroom is a bit simple but large and offering the usual toiletries one expects from a 5 star hotel. The shower temperature is good however bad water pressure. The tv does have many english movie channels. Hotel has outside swimming pool, sauna and a great restaurant. Location is ok, in a business area but somewhat empty at night, however hotel is a very short taxi ride from vitoria's main mall. I recommend the hotel and trust it to be the best in the city.
My partner and I came to Brazil to visit family. We decided to make our Base at Vitoria and go from there. We had seen such great reviews about this hotel and the prices by booking online direct on the hotels website were fantastic. The rooms are very modern and spacious. Great views and all this is complimented by very friendly and helpful staff and great food. We had a small niggle that was due to noisy neighbours for 3 nights in a row. We just asked reception to please move us to a quieter floor or corner but they very kindly upgraded us and put us in a corner room too. The location of the hotel is very good too. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Vitoria as it is well worth it. The staff alone make the hotel 5 star. They work very hard and are extremely friendly.
Excellent hotel with first class staff. Made friends with Grizzellle and Grace on the front desk who were very friendly and approachable. The room was very nice but the best quite hard and very poor lighting. I can't imagine my wife being happy to get ready to go out using the room lighting. The bathroom lighting is good. TV channels geared to local population with little English language programmes: CNN or the odd movie. I only ate breakfast which I found to be typical Brazilian fair. I would have like to see the hotel using branded cereals and the cheaper version which are disgusting in my opinion. The bacon is typical American type, chips of fat. Not particularly nice or appetitising, although I did eat some! Toast would have been nice. All in all a nice hotel with great staff. Good luck Grace on your European trip.
This hotel has nice rooms, but it lacks any form of identity. The reception is kind of cold and the restaurant and bar on the first floor is not working well. No staff speaking English... The pool is ok, but no towel or bar service. Staff in general are friendly but slow. Breakfast is as most hotels. Terrible view from room down on a collapsed pool area and parking house at the next door property.
This was the perfect hotel for our family of seven. We had 3 rooms including a suite. The suite was very clean, very comfortable, and a spectacular view. The staff at the hotel was incredible. I had made a mistake on the reservation and had booked the wrong days. I called the hotel and they changed the reservations for me without any complications or charges. Our family loved the breakfast buffet which had everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The pool area is very nice and has the perfect deck for relaxation and enjoying time by the pool. The hotel is in an excellent location next to the port. Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the Golden Tulip Vitoria and we would not hesitate to return.
Nice hotel with good staff. Spacious comfortable rooms with a good shower. Breakfast was okay but no better. The hotel restaurant was less successful but overall we has a good stay. Close to a big mall and some nice (city) beaches.
