The beach is calling, Sojourn's Buoy O'Riley waterfront Penthouse. Back Bay is a beautiful area where you can hear the waves lap upon the beach and potentially see a few dolphins while you're there. Relax into this Italian leather couch, watch a movie with the family on the 60-inch curved smart TV with premium on-demand cable & Netflix. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs.

The Space:
The kitchen is enhanced with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and such little luxuries as a waffle maker, a new Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, a blender, and complete sets of cookware, glassware, and dinnerware.

All of the bedrooms have been renovated with new paint, beachy décor, and smart TVs as well.

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools (open mid-May to mid-September), Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

Guest Access:
A Sojourn representative will meet you on site to give you the keys and parking passes. Please schedule a check in time with Sojourn between 4PM and 9PM. Any other times must be pre-approved prior to booking your stay.

Getting Around:

This is not an oceanfront unit, it is located in an oceanside building. This unit has sweeping views of back bay, incredible sunsets and the sounds of the waves crashing along the Atlantic

We provide 4 beach chairs and one beach umbrella

We do not provide any type of snorkeling equipment

Sanctuary condos are 8-10 miles from a grocery store we recommend doing your grocery shopping on the way in to Sandbridge. There is a fabulous market as soon as you enter Sandbridge for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
