The room was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location and we did lots of cool stuff in VA Beach. We would have loved to use the pool but the heater wasn't working and it was 55 degrees. We contacted the manager and they reported it to maintenance but it hasn't worked in a while. They shouldn't have it featured on their advertising if it isn't usable.

Building is older and could definitely use some updates. Hallways are dark and difficult to maneuver with luggage carts. Kitchen is adequate for quick meals but would not count on cooking much. Felt like we were constantly washing dishes so we would have enough (3 spoons).Parking is challenging as many have larger cars now than when building/parking built. Ramps and spots are very small.Location is wonderful, and the balcony was the best amenity. The little cafe on the oceanfront was very good.Would consider again especially if updates are made.

Age of location was not revealed. Jacuzzi was old and didn't look too good at all. Bed was awful. But the view of the Ocean & Board walk was awesome.
