Staff was wonderful and the property was conveniently located.
we choose to stay here because of the kiddie pool and the fact that they had laundry capabilities. only to find out its one washer and dryer on every other floor and half of those were broke. Then 2 of the 4 elevators were broken and they let people smoke right outside then hotel door so when your are unloading and loading your car its the worst. for all the money you spend to stay here these things really took away from the experience.
Thank you for the survey and for letting us know about your stay. I am sorry that the laundry and elevators were broken during your stay. I am not sure what happened with the laundry machines, but there were issues with the elevators that were out of our control. 2 weekends in a row we had elevators out of service because the required parts were not available to make repairs. In the past, parts were in stock and available for immediate repair, but this time they had to be shipped and were not available until Monday. It was a major inconvenience for our guests and I am sorry that we were not able to make the repairs immediately during your stay.
The staff worked overtime to keep residents safe during Hurricane Ian. On the down side, the tub/shower in the room is not very elder friendly. Very high step in sides and slippery bottom with no hand holds on the walls.

Fabulous beachfront location and amenities. Loved the suite set-up. Furniture and decor in rooms and halls are showing their age and could use a refresh.
