Staff were very accommodating. They wanted to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. Good parking, beds and pillows very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Pool clean
We booked this property for location and how others rated it…. The price was cheaper than others with the same rating. This hotel was definitely on the dirty side. Dated rooms but comfortable in size. Beds were some of the best I’ve sept in on the road. Unfortunately the falling down toilet paper holder, The hot and muggy hallways. The dirty tables and dirty floors in the breakfast area. The lack of staff to speak or understand English. Dialing the front desk and nobody answering and voicemail stating mailbox is full…. Spend the extra money and stay in a nicer hotel…
Property was clean and the room was very nice. Staff was super friendly. Pool was opened but not cleaned (not the start of the season yet so I didn’t expect it). VERY walkable to the beach. Overall it is a beautiful hotel and the kids enjoyed it. I DO NOT recommend the pancake house next door though.

Staff we very friendly. Hotel is located just one block off the beach. About anything you could want is within walking distance.
The property was not oceanfront, but, we could still see the beach from the window. When doing the search for a available room, I put in oceanfront only and this hotel was on the list. It wasn't until later, after booking it, we realized it was not. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Pricey for the location.
Great staff. The property is dated, needing a great deal of repair and updating. Parking is a nightmare, and very concerning for women. We were threated by "panhandlers" as was another single adult female, when we were walking back to the hotel from the overflow lot.
The location is great and the housekeeping staff was the best that we have encountered.
Room not ready when check in w had to wait 4 hours for room to be ready and we had little kids .They also assure a discount and we did not get it
