This hotel is badly done remodel. Everything feels tacky. Our floors felt sticky in spots, our room was not stocked. No cups, soaps, not even a bag for the laundry. Also the pillows should have replaced ages ago. They were lumpy and discolored. The thing that really was unusual was they wanted $150 deposit in addition to already paying for the room. The final thing was the walls are paper-thin. I could here our neighbors conversations clearly, and they were rudely noisy with children. I will never return to this hotel, and I will avoid Ramada as a brand. I wish I just slept in my car. It would've been quieter.

Decent hotel with great staff and restaurants.

The room was comfortable and no problem sleeping. Also was a cozy bar area. The music in the halls felt odd but I couldn't hear it from the bed, and the drop ceiling in the hall didn't feel the most inventing. Also the hot water system caused the cold water to run hot for a while. The biggest annoyance is Orbitz split the 4 night trip into two reservations that were not cleanly combined. Made confusion at the desk if I was checked in or not for my last day of the stay. Overall no huge issues but would probably stay next door next time.

Hallways were dirty. Bed sheets had holes. Bathroom door woundn't close tight. Would only stay there again if I had no there chose.

Breakfast was weak, very little in the way of choices. Ease to route 55 was great. Would stay here again when looking for another one night stay. May not be a great option if staying longer.

Staff was great! The only issue we had was that our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Terrible smell however everything else was good. Hope they could fix that issue in the future.

Why does the East Coast get all these old worn-out, shabby, smelly, moldy hotels while the rest of the country gets the newer versions from the same company at much lower prices?

Fast and friendly check in and check out. Onsite dining was excellent. Only stayed one night. Friday into Saturday. Hotel was quiet. No noise from parking lot or other guests. Would stay here again.

We didn't get stay in room like we would have. We were so busy in and out only to sleep. We did get to have breakfast at IHOP on Sunday and Monday morning. All in all we still enjoy the stay.

We Paid for the included Breakfast in our stay and didn't realize we weren't told about it.. We were giving a $5 off coupon for Ihop which is connected to the Hotel... But overall everything was ok with the Hotel and the Staff was great.. Just wish I booked a room without the included breakfast, could have save a couple bucks!

Needed a room for the night near Elmer, NJ. This Ramada exceeded expectations based on previous reviews and the nightly rate. Clean, comfortable, free wifi & complementary breakfast for a great price and convenient location.

Staff was great! The only issue we had was that our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Terrible smell however everything else was good. Hope they could fix that issue in the future.

Dear Anonymous, We sincerely apologize for the smell of smoke in your room. We are a non-smoking facility, but unfortunately, not everyone follows the rules. Our cleaning staff works very hard to get the smell out of the room, but there are some times that it does linger. We are in the process of remodeling and updating the hotel and there are penalties in place for violating our smoking policy with the hopes that this issue recurring will be much less frequent. We hope you come back and stay with us again soon so you can see all the great changes taking place!
