Individual chalet on two levels. Entrance, lounge - living room - kitchen with wood stove (wood included), laundry room, separate WC. Levels -1: 2 bathrooms (walk-in shower), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 4 single bunk beds 90x200 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm). Ski and bicycle storage outside the gîte. Private parking space in front of the gîte for 2 cars. Private outdoor space. Heated floor and wood stove. Country chalet with a large, bright living room of 60 m². Warm mountain atmosphere with exposed beams and stone wall in the living room. Fully equipped open kitchen. Sleeping area with direct access to the garden. Beautiful sheltered terrace facing south with a clear view of the valley and the Beaufortain peaks. Comfortable chalet located 1 km from the center of the village of Villard sur Doron in a quiet residential area. Privileged location at the gateway to the Massif du Beaufortain with direct access to numerous ski resorts: Les Saisies at 15 km, Arêche-Beaufort at 8.2 km. Hiking and mountain biking trails depart from the chalet in summer. Major road passes in the surrounding area: Cormet du Roseland, Col des Saisies. Albertville Olympic City 16 km. Shops and services nearby all year round.
