Comfortable room with hot tub right in room and nice outdoor hot tub and pool. Great location. Easy walk to ski lifts (also shuttle stop right outside hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, clean room and nice jacuzzi tub.

I never realized how wonderful it would be to soak in the jacuzzi while watching a movie. This is s great hotel. Clean, friendly and very comfortable.

i booked a deluze queen studio w/jacuzzi bu when i arrived they said that room wasnt available. i was given the smallest oldest room possible without the jacuzzi that i paid for. they did move me the next day but i had to ask TWICE to get the room that i paid for. Other than that everything was great.

A very nice hotel close to the original Whistler Village, where even deluxe suites are typically snug. Disappointed in the small pool closed with no real view except trees and surrounding fence. Very tight parking at more than $20 (with tax) seemed steep, but provided shelter and some security (not fully secure).

The room was pretty nice. The bed seemed a little hard and worn out. Might need to replace them more often. Maintenance could be a little better on the rooms. Still not to bad for the price.

Pretty nice hotel with helpful staff. Has a kitchenette in the room so you can make your own meals.

The pinnacles location is PRIME. Easy to find, a few turns off the highway and foot steps from the village. We booked what we believed to be a one bedroom. The room we stayed in did not have a separate bedroom, it was more like a stuido, with the bed, couch, kitchen and soaker jacuzzi tub all in the main living area. The bed was incredibly comfortable as was the bedding and sheets. All linens were bright white, plush and abundant. It is obvious the hotel is fairly old but has been updated throughout the years for the most part including our bathroom which had obviously been done recently. The kitchenette was very practical and served its purpose, just a note that the dishwasher was the loudest appliance I have ever heard. The kitchenette was quite well stocked but a cutting board would have certainly been useful. I did have one unpleasant interaction with a staff member at the front desk upon check-in. I was told it would be $19 a night for parking in their underground lot. When I exclaimed that $20 a night was an excessive amount of money for parking she told me that their rate was one of the cheapest in town and that it was only $19. I then told her the hotel we stayed at last year parking was free, her response was oh that's nice. I found it frustrating that there may be an additional parking fee is posted online when it should be clearly stated at the time of booking instead of hidden until check-in time. Parking was also an issue, we were driving a small compact car and my passengers had to vacate the car with belongings before I could park because the stalls are incredibly narrow.. All other interactions with staff were pleasent, and very helpful. The hotel also has a small pool, hot tub, elliptical machine as well as a treadmill.

Room was excellent, clean and cozy. Loved the mini kitchen & the whole chalet style of the ceiling & window; such a cozy feel! Within walking distance of the bus stop, as well as walking distance to all the quaint shops and restaurants in Whistler Village. We had no trouble getting around. Front desk helpful; kept our luggage with them after check out until our bus left town. We had a great time!

The hotel was a great price and very close to the main Whistler villiage shops, etc. We walked to and from the shops and hotel several times and it was very convenient. The room itself was ok. No complaints about the cleanliness. But it was a bit cramped. The bathroom had very little counter space and there was very little room between the bed and the walls.

This was ideal for our weekend away. Staff were extremely helpful and location is an easy walk to the village and lifts. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and location. A must stay. Friendly staff with great amenities

The staff were amazing - including free parking for us, giving us late check-out and recommending restaurants. The gym leaves something to be desired but it's nice that they have one.

Nice accomadations, great value for the price, located in the village.

What I don't like is the late check in time and early check out time. For the price, I should get at least 24 hours. Or get to check in at least by 12:00 noon.

we,ve always stayed at The Westin, and for nearly the same money The Pinnacle just is not in the same league. Very helpful and pleasant staff, but rooms are a little tired and it's close to The Village, but at the lower less exciting end.

OK

enjoyed outdoors swimming pool and it's quieter than last hotel. It is very worth staying.

The upper village was a great location for us. Also the parking was secure with a keyed garage door to enter. The parking spaces small. The room and bath were clean. The hot tub next to the bed gave a cluttered feeling to the room.
