We found this hotel on a very short notice & couldn't be happier with our choice. Close walking distance to lifts & Whistler village. Staff super friendly & accommodating.

It was a good stay overall, no problems, very good location.

Overall we had a great experience at the Cascades. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We usually go to Whistler ever summer for biking, tennis and wallking. We choose Whistler because you can parked your vehicle when you arrive and not have to use it until it time to go home.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Cascade Lodge for a gateway for 2 nights. We had an amazing view from our hotel room! The hotel room was spacious. It is located walking distance from the village and to the market, which was really convenient since we took greyhound from Surrey to Whistler. Overall, really great service. I would recommend this hotel anyday!

I had a generally good experience at this hotel. Everything was basically similar to the other 6-7 hotels at which I've stayed in the Village. The pool and hot tub could have been a bit cleaner, but I still enjoy those amenities. However, at $200 it was a bit overpriced, but that could be because I waited until the Village was almost completely booked before making my reservation.

This place has it all. Location, comfort, very helpful staff, just to name a few. Don't really need a car. Walking distance to the lifts, the village shops and restaurants, pubs & grocery stores . Having a kitchen enabled us to have the choice of eating out or cooking/preparing our own meals. Great place for families, couples or singles. Beautiful view of both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains. Can't wait to go back!

It was in a great location, liked how there was a rental place in the lobby where you could put your skiis overnight. The rooms were fairly large, the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable. Rooms could use an upgrade - shower was gross, mouldy shower curtain, drain was plugged. No maid service for 4 days.

Quick ski trip during a vacation to Vancouver. Seemed like a great deal, but the mini fridge only functioned to freeze our eggs, water, beer, cheese, butter, etc. making cooking nearly impossible. The sink did not drain, and there was a lingering smell of tuna/wet dog the whole stay. There is only maid service every four days, and other guests would throw their bags of trash into the hall, after a few days of sitting, the neighbor's salmon dinner started to become a bit foul. The location was great, easily accessible from anywhere, close to whistler gondola, and the grocery store, but was not a great deal for the price. Worth it to spend a little extra and get a real hotel room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice view towards Whistler Village, with the mountain in the background. Conveniently located across the street from restaurants and stores, plus the free shuttle bus stop was just a short walk up the street to connect you to other parts of the village if you decided not to walk. Very beautiful location.

I stayed at Whistler Cascade Lodge for New Years and was very satisfied with the location right next to the main Whistler Village entrance. The price was fair and the room was well-equipped with a full kitchen, but there were no cleaning services during my 5 day stay. Overall though, it was a good experience.
