The hotel was undergoing a much needed renovation so there was some inconvenience. The rooms were old but fairly clean and would have been comfortable enough except the bed pillows were really thin. When we asked for another one, we were told we couldn't have one. There was a list of the Christmas markets and a local map so we could locate them available in the lobby and we appreciated that. Most of the nearby restaurants were fast food establishments in the train station and that got old very fast. I might stay there again.

This hotel is good but it was also not exactly what I was expecting. It’s in a business area with not a lot of stuff within walking distance—however the train station is practically across the street. So if you want to walk around, there’s not a lot of places to go get coffee or a quick bite. However, it’s where a lot of locals are and that’s nice.
I loved that it was next to Hauptbahnof station and it's only a few minutes walk away from great sites, including Belvedere Palace. The hotel room itself was a bit outdated, but it was super comfortable, with plenty of space and in my case, with a great view. Despite being on a major road, it was super quiet thanks to the double windows on those balconies, so I got a very good night's sleep. Overall, I had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our 4 night stay here. The room was clean and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and for only 6.5 Euros a day. Reception was always quick and kind. Location is so close to train station and underground. We wouls stay again!

Near the station, 5 minutes walk, to the airport without stopping for 15 minutes, the train every 25-30 minutes. Near the hotel is a cozy restaurant. There is snow-white bedding and a clean bathroom. I only stayed for one night, the gap between flights was 17 hours. But in my next visit to Vienna, I will definitely stay at this hotel for a longer time.

Was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel was about 5 minute walk from Wien Hauptbanoff, and looked nice. Quiet room, shower. Good buffet breakfast. Belvedere is also around 5 minute walk, making it easy to snap a few photos during sunrise. Helpful staff.
