We had a standard room. Only suites have air conditioning! We asked for a sheet (to use instead of a blanket). When we came back to the hotel around 6 pm it was not there. Said they would send one up. 8:15 pm still no sheet, said they were busy, we should wait until 9 pm. 15.5 hours wait just for a sheet. Very old building. The power went off during the night, only in our room. Fumbled in the dark, got dressed and went downstairs to report it.
