This pretty city apartment on the second floor of a Gründerzeit house from the turn of the 20th century is in a central location, close to the city centre.

The apartment is suitable for four people. It is possible to add a supplementary bed for a child.

The 65m² apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and WC. The kitchen is in the entrance area, with the little shower room with a washing machine leading off it. One room has a raised bed 160cm wide, with a view of the garden. In front of the window there is also a dining space and there is a cosy reading corner under the raised bed. There are two armchairs and seating in the bay window. This room also has a TV. The rooms can be used in different ways, as living, dining and sleeping rooms.

It is just eight direct tram stops to the city centre, about 20 minutes, and it is just as quick in the opposite direction on the same line to get to the Wienerwald. There are many good traditional inns and restaurants in the area, with well-priced food. On the street right next door there is a Heiner café and cake shop and there is a quality Italian icecream salon. There is a supermarket opposite and a pharmacy on the corner. The hosts are happy to provide information about art and culture.

Tolle Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet im Charme vergangener Zeit( meine ich absolut positiv), gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen, aber 20 min. außerhalb. Einkaufen gegenüber und nebenan, Bäckerei um die Ecke, Top Adresse für Wien! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Altbauwohnung mit Flair

Wir waren 5 Nächte in Wien. Die Wohnung hat rundum zu uns gepasst. Wir hatten nach einer Wohnung mit Flair gesucht und gefunden. Die Einrichtung war sehr gemütlich und entsprach genau den Fotos. Die Sauberkeit war ausreichend. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt per WA. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als sehr ruhig und hatten eine tolle Verkehrsanbindung ins Zentrum mit der S Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite, ca 100 mMeter nach rechts, gibt es ein wunderschönes altes Wirtshaus mit netter Wirtin und wunderbarer preiswerter Küche. Wir haben deshalb nie gekocht. Ein winziger Minuspunkt gibt es für die Kissen im Bett. Die waren super klein und extrem flach und der Zustand des wunderschönen alten Treppenhauses könnte gepflegter sein. Der Duft der wunderbaren Blumen des Blumenladens im Eingang hat entschädigt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Sehr entspannt und schön. Die Wiener sind super nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist urig und gemütlich. Die Stadt einfach nur der Hammer. Sooo schön und sehenswert.

gemütliche Wohnung, sehr schöne Umgebung in Hernals

Die Wohnung ist so gemütlich, dass wir ungern abreisen. Es ist alles da, was wir brauchen. Hernals und Umgebung gefallen uns ausgezeichnet. Der ÖV ist genial und einfach zu verstehen. Die Eigentümer / Vermieter der Wohnung sind sehr freundlich und gehen auf Wünsche ein.
