A+ for Cordial Hotel! We messed up the reservation, they offered us solution asap, great price for the room. Room was nice, clean, and we got huge and comfy bad. Staff was polite and nice. Thank you Coridial. We are getting back there for sure!
We've stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during the Christmas Market period we've upgraded to Junior Suite which was very good decision the room is Huge, contains sleeping room, living room include kitchen and bathroom all of the, tidy and clean Bed was comfortable ,there are optional extras with additional fee such as minibar, espresso machine, kitchen facilities/ Breakfast is excellent, with good variety of all the products excellent service at all the hotel, reception, dinning room and room keeping. for sure it is a hotel for second time in Vienna
We really enjoyed our stay at L'Appartment Hotel. Our room was incredibly spacious and our daughter liked having her own room in our suite to sleep in. The room was very clean and we had a lovely stay there. It was nice to have a proper table and plenty of chairs for us all to sit at in the evenings as we planned our days. Breakfast was very filling and tasty. There was plenty of choice each morning. We enjoyed our breakfast immensely. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even posted our post cards for us, which saved us some time! The location was perfect. Close to the U-Bahn and the museums, and there are some nice restaurants nearby too. It was a fantastic stay at the hotel.
The hotel is located in walking distance to the town hall, Ringstraße and 1st district. You have also good access to public transport. There are a lot of cafés and restaurants around. The room was clean but the interior is really out-dated (80ies flair). Rooms facing Josefstädterstraße are noisy as you can hear cars and trams passing by. There are much better 3 and 4 star hotels to stay in Vienna.
Been here on business in September. The position is quite good. A 20 minutes walk to the main center of the city. The hotel is nice but old style with old furniture. It need renovations asap. My room was on the 4th floor where I could here everyone on my floor talking and with a view on the houses in front of the hotel. Breakfast was poor, not enough stuff for everyone and the table always full. To end with a positive note, the coffe machine was broken!
The hotel is very centrally located, at walking distance to the Kunsthistorisches Museum and the Natural History Museum, as well to the Innere Stadt, the historical centre. It is located on a street with all kinds of shops, bars, coffee shops, bakeries and supermarkets. The room was very comfortable, it was actually a studio flat. The staff is very helpful to meet any requests. We arrived around 7am and were given a room immediately as it was available. The breakfast is 18 euro per person, and with 14 euro you are allowed to get just five pieces of meal...we didn't try it as the area is full of nice cafés and for less money you can get more food and of great quality.
Great hotel centrally located near all of the main attractions in Vienna. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. An added benefit was the exceptional breakfast that was provided every morning at an additional cost. The staff was very helpful pointing out to us many of the main attractions of Vienna and the best route to visit them.
I stayed 5 nights here, due to a business trip to Vienna. Our room was ok but with various weaknesses. The shower was in the bath which was a high step over and constantly made the floor rather wet. The kitchenette had 3 locked cupboards and no plates, dishes or bowls. The breakfast buffet though sold upon arrival at €14:90 instead of the published €18:00 again was only OK for that price. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful thought not all. So would I stay here again? No not really, I think Wien has a number of better hotels for the same price and why go back to an average hotel when better is available.
Centrally located, clean, very courteous staff working here. Suites are of a good size, even though they are a bit dated, and the kitchenette could benefit from a microwave oven (no fixed oven) as well as a kettle.
Standard room with large bed, bathroom, and also a small kitchen area that we did not use (except for the fridge). There did not seem to be any A/C so we could only use the ceiling fan to stay cool, which was not the most ideal since it was very hot during the time of visit. The location was the best part, as there were many cafes, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance of the hotel
